{"id":3544,"date":"2019-02-16T14:03:14","date_gmt":"2019-02-16T22:03:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/goodshare.org\/wp\/?p=3544"},"modified":"2019-02-17T00:06:08","modified_gmt":"2019-02-17T08:06:08","slug":"the-psychosis-inducing-invented-reality-of-western-society","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/goodshare.org\/wp\/the-psychosis-inducing-invented-reality-of-western-society\/","title":{"rendered":"The psychosis-inducing Invented Reality of Western Society"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Included contributors to this <strong><em>psychosis-inducing \u2018Invented Reality\u2019<\/em><\/strong> are the Western systems of government, commerce, justice, education, medicine, and science (pre-modern physics) which, together, form a mutually supportive \u2018house of cards\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>It has been said, for example by Adolf Hitler in Mein Kampf, that the <strong><em>\u2018big lie\u2019<\/em><\/strong> can be so big that the ordinary person lacks the audacity to \u2018call it out\u2019.\u00a0\u00a0 The phenomenon has also been found, in nonlinear dynamics, where patterns of activity, once established, \u2018dig themselves in\u2019 so that they are \u2018locked in\u2019 by \u2018high switching costs.\u00a0\u00a0 Furthermore, in the Systems Sciences, investigators such as Martine Dodds-Taljaard, and Gy\u00f6rgy Jaros, co-authors of <em>The Name of the Devil is Suboptimization\u2019<\/em>, draw our attention to <strong><em>this same \u2018big lie\u2019 phenomenon<\/em><\/strong> permeating Western <em>socio\u2010economic, political, educational and managerial practices,<\/em> in general.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The suggestion is that something went awry with Western society thinking, \u2018bigtime\u2019, roughly 300 years ago, in the form of an invasive new mindset\u2019 which was termed, in the systems sciences \u2018suboptimization\u2019 which refers to the arbitrary declaring of \u2018independence\u2019 of a system simply by \u2018naming it\u2019 and dividing it into \u2018components\u2019 by \u2018naming\u2019 the components, and thus psychologically reducing purely relational dynamics to terms of named \u2018things-in-themselves\u2019 notionally with their own powers of sourcing actions and developments.\u00a0 Once this language-based psychological deconstruction of purely relational phenomena has been accomplished, the \u2018split out pseudo-pieces\u2019 are re-assembled with language and grammar and reconstituted as an \u2018independent system\u2019, notionally with its own powers of sourcing actions and developments.\u00a0 This <strong><em>humongous lie<\/em><\/strong> has become a foundational truth in Western <strong><em>Invented Reaity.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong><em>The Name of the Devil is Suboptimization\u2019<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>\u201cThe above aphorism, attributed to Kenneth Boulding, points to the inherent weakness characterizing the mindset and socio\u2010economic, political, educational and managerial practices of Western Industrial society as it developed over the past 300 years. It has its basis in the analytic\u2010reductionistic scientific paradigm, which, despite the remarkable technological applications it spawned, is inappropriate, conflict\u2010generating and dysfunctional in a world characterized by global interconnectedness and mutual interdependence \u2026\u201d \u2014 Gy\u00f6rgy Jaros and Martine Dodds-Taljaard<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The <strong><em>\u2019big lie\u2019<\/em><\/strong> is the cultivating of belief in an <strong><em>\u2018Invented Reality\u2019<\/em><\/strong> created by <strong><em>\u2018naming\u2019<\/em><\/strong> relational forms within the transforming relational continuum, to <strong><em>impute \u2018thing-in-itself being\u2019 to them<\/em><\/strong>, and then employing grammar to <strong><em>psychologically endow them with \u2018their own powers of sourcing actions and developments.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This <strong><em>Invented Reality\u2019<\/em><\/strong> is the <strong><em>\u2018big lie\u2019<\/em><\/strong>.\u00a0 It is nothing like the reality of our actual experience of inclusion in a transforming relational continuum.\u00a0 This Western <strong><em>\u2018Invented Reality\u2019<\/em><\/strong> has NOT been \u2018bought into\u2019 by indigenous aboriginals, Taoists, adherents of Advaita Vedanta, and Western culture sceptics among whom I count myself.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The reader who is a Western culture adherent may tend to summarily dismiss the <strong><em>\u2018big lie\u2019<\/em><\/strong> assertion that Western society is living in an <strong><em>\u2018Invented Reality\u2019<\/em><\/strong>, although that is the view of many investigators and not just Martine Dodds-Taljaard, and Gy\u00f6rgy Jaros,.\u00a0 What may \u2018hold one back\u2019 from accepting that Western society is under the influence of <strong><em>\u2018the big lie\u2019<\/em><\/strong> is the impression of the amazing progress and achievements of Western culture as it is.\u00a0 However, this \u2018impression\u2019 of \u2018achievement\u2019 is part of <strong><em>\u2018the big lie\u2019<\/em><\/strong> since what makes life better for \u2018humans\u2019 seen as \u2018independent beings\u2019 may be infusing dissonance into the transforming relational continuum which is the \u2018real reality\u2019.\u00a0 \u00a0In other words, <strong><em>the language-based portrayal of reality in terms of individual people, nations, organizations notionally endowed with powers of sourcing actions and developments \u2018eclipses\u2019 (in the psyche) the relational reality of our actual experience of inclusion in a transforming relational continuum. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>That is what is \u2018at issue\u2019 in \u2018suboptimization\u2019 since, if the optimized sub-system is not really \u2018independent\u2019 then \u2018improving it\u2019 as if it were an independent system-in-itself is necessarily messing up the \u2018larger reality\u2019; i.e. the suprasystem (relational continuum) it is included in; i.e. the \u2018greater reality\u2019 which is \u2018being inadvertently messed with\u2019 as one is optimizing the imagined-as-\u2018independent subsystem\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The <strong><em>\u2018big lie\u2019<\/em><\/strong> is thus <strong><em>\u2018suboptimization\u2019<\/em><\/strong> of a notional \u2018<strong><em>independently-existing system-in-itself\u2019<\/em><\/strong> <strong><em>such as \u2018a human\u2019, \u2018a nation\u2019, \u2018a corporation\u2019, \u2026 which, in reality, are relational forms in a transforming relational continuum, that we have affixed \u2018name-labels\u2019 to.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The assigning of a name to a relational form in the flow-continuum is preparatory to the psychological abstraction-based representations of language and grammar where the name-instantiated notional thing-in-itself is notionally equipped with the powers of sourcing actions and developments. This is the <strong><em>\u2018double error\u2019<\/em><\/strong> spoken of by Nietzsche wherein we start with relational appearance (a flashing in the relational atmospheric dynamic) and split it into two parts; i.e<strong><em>. a thing-in-itself with the powers of sourcing actions and developments; i.e. \u2018lightning flashes\u2019, a psychological \u2018double-error\u2019 (Nietzsche), the first error being the imputing of thing-in-itself being to a relational form in the flow and the second error being to impute powers of sourcing action and development to the relational form-come-thing-in-itself..<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>While no-one would dispute the simplified communications utility of this <strong><em>\u2018double error\u2019<\/em><\/strong> ploy, one would not want to confuse this trickery designed to facilitate the linguistic articulating of a reality constituted by relational forms in a transforming relational continuum, for \u2018reality\u2019.\u00a0 As Wittgenstein emphasizes, we may use such abstract devices to conjure up purely relational understandings, but without latching on to the abstract device itself (without <em>\u2018letting the tool run away with the workman\u2019, the human with the divine\u2019<\/em> \u2013 Emerson).\u00a0 That is, in Wittgenstein\u2019s words in his final two propositions in Tractatus Logico Philosophicus;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>6.54 My propositions are elucidatory in this way: he who understands me finally recognizes them as senseless, when he has climbed out through them, on them, over them. (He must so to speak throw away the ladder, after he has climbed up on it.)<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>He must surmount these propositions; then he sees the world rightly.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>7.0 Whereof one cannot speak, thereof one must be silent.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Languages that work by developing word-pictures of the dynamics of things-in-themselves that lie out there in front of us are not capable of directly capturing the transforming relational dynamic we share inclusion in. \u00a0Indirect capture is demanded as in modern physics rendering of reality, which has been described as the; \u2018Surprise version of the game of Twenty Questions\u2019.\u00a0 Nietzsche propounds on the impossibility of DIRECTLY AND EXPLICITLY visually capturing and articulating a relational reality by means of \u2018voyeur\u2019 (outsider) perspectives (where we are not \u2018included\u2019 in the reality, but are \u2018looking at it as outsiders\u2019; i.e. the challenge then becomes one of bringing many different perspectives into connective confluence in an \u2018omniperspectival\u2019 or \u2018holographic\u2019 <strong><em>understanding<\/em><\/strong> (\u2018view\u2019 is too small a word) of the reality in which we are included.\u00a0 Individual perspectives are innately \u2018incomplete\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>There is only a perspectival seeing, only a perspectival \u2018knowing\u2019; the more affects we are able to put into words about a thing, the more eyes, various eyes we are able to use for the same thing, the more complete will be our \u2018concept\u2019 of the thing, our \u2018objectivity\u2019.\u2013 Nietzsche<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The <strong><em>\u2019big lie\u2019<\/em><\/strong> of modern Western culture culminates in the <strong><em>\u2018Invented Reality\u2019<\/em><\/strong> that we use language and grammar to construct from perspectival seeing on the basis of <strong><em>the psychological power of \u2018naming\u2019 to impute \u2018persisting independent being\u2019 to relational flow-forms and using grammar to notionally equip the name-reified forms with the powers of sourcing actions and developments.\u00a0 <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>But <strong><em>what anchors and holds \u2018the big lie\u2019 in place?<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0 The answer is; <strong><em>\u2018ego\u2019<\/em><\/strong>.\u00a0 \u2018<strong><em>Ego\u2019 is the language and grammar instantiated depiction of \u2018self\u2019 as a \u2018thing-in-itself\u2019 (<\/em><\/strong><em>thanks to \u2018naming\u2019<strong>) with the power of sourcing actions and developments (<\/strong>thanks to grammar<strong>). <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Ego arises not only in the case of the Western \u2018human\u2019 but also in the case of the Western \u2018nation\u2019 and the Western \u2018corporation\u2019<\/em><\/strong>, all of which are given imputed \u2018thing-in-itself existence\u2019 by <strong><em>\u2018naming\u2019 which serves as a psychological \u2018stub\u2019 of \u2018being\u2019 that can then be (notionally) equipped with the powers of sourcing actions and developments.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The <strong><em>\u2018ghost in the machine\u2019<\/em><\/strong> of \u2018<strong><em>the big lie\u2019<\/em><\/strong> that serves up <strong><em>\u2018Invented Reality\u2019<\/em><\/strong> is thus <strong><em>\u2018ego\u2019<\/em><\/strong>, the belief in oneself as a <strong><em>name-instantiated \u2018independent being\u2019 with powers of locally sourcing actions and developments.<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0 Ego is the \u2018ghost-in-the-machine\u2019 archetype, <strong><em>the spirit of \u2018sorcery\u2019<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>* ** * * now to add comments on the complications that ensue in our thinking and understanding<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>CLOSING THE LOOP ON THE INITIAL PROPOSITION;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The initial proposition (restated for reading convenience) was so comprehensive (i.e. implying that Western culture understanding of \u2018reality\u2019 was a huge lie) that it tends to induce a psychological knee-jerk rejection that \u2018this can\u2019t be true\u2019.\u00a0 Thus, the reader may have summarily dismissed it rather than holding on to it for further consideration. Here it is once again, played from the \u2018top\u2019;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>The psychosis-inducing<em> Invented Reality <\/em>of Western Society<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Included contributors to this <strong><em>psychosis-inducing \u2018Invented Reality\u2019<\/em><\/strong> are the Western systems of government, commerce, justice, education, medicine, and science (pre-modern physics) which, together, form a mutually supportive \u2018house of cards\u2019.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">It has been said, for example by Adolf Hitler in Mein Kampf, that the <strong><em>\u2018big lie\u2019<\/em><\/strong> can be so big that the ordinary person lacks the audacity to \u2018call it out\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>How can this be?\u00a0\u00a0 This question only arises if one first gets by the impulse of rejecting this proposition \u2018out of hand\u2019.\u00a0 Such knee-jerk rejection is exactly what enables the \u2018big lie\u2019; i.e. it undermines too many things we \u2018know\u2019 to be true, reliable and well-founded (or so we have been \u2018brought up\u2019 to believe).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Of course, in a psychological house of cards situation, a multiplicity of falsehoods can be arranged so as to support a purported \u2018truth\u2019.\u00a0 In the case of Western culture, all of the following \u2018foundational elements\u2019 in our Western society, which we are brought up to believe in and trust, including \u2018government, commerce, justice, education, medicine and science\u2019 co-contribute to our impression of \u2018the way our world works\u2019 (aka \u2018reality\u2019).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>However, all of these are \u2018cards\u2019 that are supporting a \u2018house of cards reality\u2019 based on the concept of \u2018things-in-themselves\u2019 with the powers of sourcing actions and developments.\u00a0\u00a0 This concept; &#8212;\u2018things-in-themselves\u2019 with the powers of sourcing actions and developments\u2019 &#8212; is not only abstraction, it is the <strong><em>\u2018double error\u2019<\/em><\/strong> spoken of by Nietzsche, Poincar\u00e9 and other philosophers where we observe a relational \u2018appearance\u2019 such as electrical flow in the relationally transforming field and use language (1) to impute being to this relational &#8216;appearance&#8217; by naming it \u2018lightning\u2019 and (2 ) to impute the powers of local sourcing of action and developments to the \u2018thing-in-itself\u2019 we have just \u2018created\u2019 (as an abstract thing-in-itself in our minds) by \u2018naming\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>With this \u2018double error\u2019, we have created an Invented Reality\u2019 wherein dynamics, as we use language to share our impressions of dynamics, are in terms of name-instantiated \u2018things-in-themselves\u2019, notionally with the powers of sourcing actions and developments.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>What is it that makes these language and grammar-based (double-error based) abstractions <strong><em>seem real?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>What makes it \u2018seem real\u2019 is the \u2018house of cards\u2019 pseudo-reality that we build with these language and grammar-based (double-error based) abstractions.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In the reality of our relational experience, everything is in flux (Heraclitus, modern physics), but in Western culture \u2018Invented Reality\u2019 (<em>reality as reported on rather than as experienced<\/em>), reality is reduced to terms of \u2018things-in-themselves\u2019 with the powers of <strong><em>sourcing<\/em><\/strong> actions and developments.\u00a0 The relational form in the transforming relational continuum that we label a \u2018human\u2019 is intellectually transformed by employing the \u2018double error\u2019 of \u2018naming\u2019 the form to impute persisting thing-in-itself being\u2019, and using grammar to endow it with the notional powers of sourcing actions and developments.\u00a0 This \u2018double error\u2019 that reduces relational reality to a synthetic reality constituted by things-in-themselves\u2019 notionally with the powers of sourcing actions and developments, is the underpinning of Western culture \u2018Invented Reality\u2019;\u00a0 \u2018government, commerce, justice, education, medicine and science\u2019,\u00a0 ALL OF WHICH WE \u2018INCARNATE\u2019, USING LANGUAGE AND GRAMMAR (I.E. IN OUR INTELLECT\/PSYCHE), IN TERMS OF \u2018INDEPENDENT THINGS-IN-THEMSELVES\u2019 WITH THE POWERS OF LOCALLY SOURCING ACTIONS AND DEVELOPMENTS.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Together, these \u2019double error based\u2019 components [\u2018government, commerce, justice, education, medicine and science\u2019] form a \u2018house of cards\u2019 pseudo-reality; i.e. the <strong><em>\u2018Invented Reality\u2019<\/em><\/strong> of Western culture. \u00a0They are all \u2018perspective\u2019 based (an innately incomplete basis for understanding reality) and perspectives, when articulated, require \u2018their own specialized language\u2019 where everything is &#8216;split into pieces&#8217;, so that it remains for the \u2018listener\u2019 to re-integrate the multiple \u2018perspectives\u2019 of reality, into a relationally-coherent continuum (i.e. to recover an understanding of the transforming relational continuum which Western language and grammar decomposes into multiple \u2018independent perspectives\u2019, each one presented as \u2018the truth\u2019.\u00a0 The innate &#8216;incompleteness&#8217; of individual perspectives, in a Western culture that believes in &#8216;the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth so help me God&#8217; of individual perspectives, coupled with the Western culture belief in in the &#8216;truth&#8217; of individual perspectives, gives rise to the mocking of this Western culture belief by Lafonataine; &#8220;La raison du plus fort est toujours la meilleure&#8221; (&#8216;The truth (reasoning) of the most powerful is always the best&#8221;).\u00a0 One might argue the simple &#8216;truthful reporting&#8217; is NOT prone to biased reasoning, but as Nietzsche observes, &#8216;truth&#8217; is &#8220;the obligation to lie according to fixed convention&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8220;We still do not know where the urge for truth comes from; for as yet we have heard only of the obligation imposed by society that it should exist: to be truthful means using the customary metaphors &#8211; in moral terms, the obligation to lie according to fixed convention, to lie herd-like in a style obligatory for all&#8230;&#8221;\u00a0 &#8211;Nietzsche, &#8216;On Truth and Lie in an Extra-Moral Sense.<\/p>\n<p>Since Western language and grammar reduces relational transformation, by way of the language and grammar based &#8216;double error&#8217; (e.g. inventing the reality of &#8216;things-in-themselves&#8217; with the powers of &#8216;sourcing actions and developments), and since &#8216;perspective&#8217; is subjective and innately limited, it is no surprise that the concept of &#8216;truth&#8217;, as it pertains to individuals reporting on their perspective-limited visual observations, should be called into question.\u00a0 The recognized need for omni-perspectival understanding in indigenous aboriginal cultures as in modern physics has already been discussed, as has the innate and misleading incompleteness of the individual perspective.\u00a0 The conclusion being (as reached in indigenous aboriginal societies, Buddhism and modern physics) that understanding the relational reality we are included in requires an omniperspectival or &#8216;holographic&#8217; understanding.<\/p>\n<p>Western culture, instead of pursuing the path of co-cultivating the omni-perspectival or holographic understanding of reality, as pursued by indigenous aboriginal cultures, Buddhists, modern physics (The surprise version of the game of Twenty Questions), has chosen instead, to first &#8216;reduce reality&#8217; to an &#8216;Invented Reality&#8217; based on &#8216;beings&#8217; with powers of sourcing actions and developments.\u00a0 Note that this &#8216;reduction&#8217; is language and grammar based and it &#8216;comes first&#8217;.\u00a0 The second step is to intellectually &#8216;rebuild reality&#8217; by bringing together multiple perspectives based on &#8216;reducing&#8217; relational forms to &#8216;beings&#8217; (things-in-themselves) notionally with their own powers of sourcing actions and developments. &#8216;Reality&#8217; is &#8216;Invented&#8217; as a house of cards built from name-instantiated &#8216;things-in-themselves&#8217; with powers of actions and development.\u00a0 Instead of the world as a transforming relational continuum, we have name-instantiated &#8216;continents&#8217; that we say &#8216;drift&#8217; (we use grammar to endow them with their own powers of sourcing actions and development) so that the natural primacy of relational transformation is obscured or &#8216;occluded&#8217; in the intellectualizing mind, by language and grammar based imagery of dirifting and colliding continents.\u00a0 The understanding of a relationally transforming continuum, is &#8216;occluded&#8217; by such intellectual contrivance.<\/p>\n<p>The logical constraints imposed on the language and grammar based intellectual breakdown of the world into name-instantiated terms of &#8216;things-in-themselves&#8217; with the power of sourcing actions and developments, is the &#8216;house of cards&#8217; constraint; i.e. the Invented Realities&#8217; of the full suite of Western reductionist sciences must &#8216;more or less&#8217; &#8216;fit together as in a house of cards.\u00a0\u00a0 It is their &#8216;fitting together&#8217; that gives the sense of the &#8216;truth&#8217; of the integrated whole.\u00a0 As in the duplicitous &#8216;nature&#8217; &#8211; &#8216;nurture&#8217; &#8216;sourcing dichotomy, there is the dichotomy of &#8216;continental drift&#8217; and &#8216;sea-floor expansion&#8217; as the source of terrestrial\/oceanic morphology, they are both based on the abstract concept of &#8216;sorcery&#8217;; i.e. the earth as having the notional power of sourcing actions and developments as is easily put infused into the psyche with language and grammar.<\/p>\n<p>Western culture &#8216;reality&#8217; is a language and grammar &#8216;Invented Reality&#8217;, a &#8216;house of cards&#8217; reality based on &#8216;independent things-in-themselves with the power of sourcing actions and developments.<\/p>\n<p>The invisible \u2018imaginary archetype\u2019 that serves the psyche as the wellspring of this \u2018house of cards\u2019 pseudo-reality is this sense of \u2018sourcing power\u2019 which plays the foundational role in our Western culture \u2018Invented Realty\u2019.\u00a0 This <strong><em>disembodied sourcing power<\/em><\/strong> is always there, implicit, in our Western language-based discussions (constructions) of \u2018reality\u2019.\u00a0\u00a0 It is otherwise known a <strong><em>\u2018ego\u2019<\/em><\/strong>. \u00a0\u00a0<strong><em>Without \u2018ego\u2019, Western culture \u2018Invented Reality\u2019 would not \u2018work\u2019.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Ego<\/em><\/strong> is the <strong><em>\u2018holy ghost\u2019<\/em><\/strong>, an imaginary \u2018archetype\u2019 that lies beneath the cover of <strong>naming-instantiated abstraction of \u2018thing-in-itself being\u2019<\/strong> to furnish the <strong><em>\u2018thing-in-itself being\u2019<\/em><\/strong> with its notional <strong><em>powers of locally sourcing actions and developments.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This entire house of cards ego-based Western \u2018Invented Reality\u2019 is \u2018locked in\u2019 by \u2018high switching costs\u2019 since it has continually bestowed rewards, recognition and elevated influence over change in socially conforming understanding, to \u2018high producers\u2019 (high sorcerers), anchoring (locking in) the belief in \u2018being-based powers of sorcery\u2019. \u00a0\u00a0This lock-in based on presumed powers of sorcery is deeply and firmly infused into \u2018government, commerce, justice, education, medicine and science\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Is this all a \u2018big lie\u2019 that it is impossible (for a Western culture adherent) to swallow?\u00a0 How do we get around the fact that Western culture has been the most \u2018successful\u2019 culture on the planet to date?\u00a0 Western humans are enjoying comfortable, technology uplifted lives, that leave other human cultures such as aboriginals behind in the dust of their rapid science and technology-based advancements.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>But then again, such differential \u2018progress\u2019 would only \u2018make sense\u2019 if each \u2018named\u2019 variety of animal or human signified \u2018thing-in-itself\u2019 existence, each named species existing separately from the rest.\u00a0 If such name-instantiated \u2018independent existence\u2019 is purely psychological abstraction, then any\/all attempts to improve the condition of humans relative to one another or relative to other species would be language and grammar induced psychological aberration.\u00a0 That is;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong><em>The Name of the Devil is Suboptimization\u2019<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>\u201cThe above aphorism, attributed to Kenneth Boulding, points to the inherent weakness characterizing the mindset and socio\u2010economic, political, educational and managerial practices of Western Industrial society as it developed over the past 300 years. It has its basis in the analytic\u2010reductionistic scientific paradigm, which, despite the remarkable technological applications it spawned, is inappropriate, conflict\u2010generating and dysfunctional in a world characterized by global interconnectedness and mutual interdependence \u2026\u201d \u2014 Gy\u00f6rgy Jaros and Martine Dodds-Taljaard<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The point is that while Western language allows us to use \u2018naming\u2019 to split out relational forms in the transforming relational continuum as notional \u2018things-in-themselves\u2019 and likewise to use grammar to notionally equip the \u2018named things-in-themselves\u2019 with powers of locally sourcing actions and developments, the \u2018Invented Reality\u2019 we construct on the basis of this \u2018double error\u2019 is a far cry from the relational reality of our actual experience, which is characterized in modern physics by nonlocal, atemporal, thingless holodynamics that recalls who a relational form might experience inclusion in a transforming relational continuum; i.e. \u2018experience\u2019 as contrasted with attempts to \u2018articulate\u2019 such experience.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Suboptimization\u2019 follows from the first error of \u2018naming\u2019 relational forms in the flow, thus imputing to them \u2018persisting being\u2019 whereupon the second error of \u2018grammar\u2019 can embellish the first error with the second error of imputing powers of sourcing actions and developments to the artifact hatched by the first error.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>The \u2018anatomy\u2019 of the \u2018big lie\u2019 thus comes in the form of \u2018house of cards\u2019 (a mutually supporting, but hollow Invented Reality psycho-structure) inhabited by an invisible \u2018sourcing force\u2019 that we can identify as Western culture supported \u2018human ego\u2019.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Last-but-not-least in this brief write-up, is the point that Western culture, by its support of this abstract \u2018Invented Reailty\u2019 is cultivating a psychosis-inducing\u2019 social environment.\u00a0 While all Western culture adherents are impacted, the sensitive \u2018miner\u2019s canaries\u2019 are most troubled by the Western culture\u2019 language grammar invoked \u2018Divided Self\u2019 which psychologically \u2018rips us out\u2019 of the relational continuum in which we are relational forms, and culturally imposes on us \u2018thing-in-itself\u2019 identity notionally with powers of sourcing actions and developments, \u2026 \u2018equipment\u2019 that we are supposed to be using for the benefit of ourselves, our family, our community and the world.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This is a complete, psychosis-inducing \u2018big lie\u2019, that Western culture adherents impose on one another, not only through family and other social relations, but through \u2018central governments\u2019 and a \u2018producer-product\u2019 \u2018economy\u2019 concept, all of which incorporates the \u2018double error\u2019 of belief in \u2018beings\u2019 with the power of sourcing actions and developments.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>* * *<\/p>\n<p>AFTER-WORD<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The sensitive \u2018miner\u2019s canaries\u2019 who are confused and distressed by the psychosis inducing Western culture, if they let their confusion overtly\/publicly manifest, are likely to be treated with \u2018lobotomizing\u2019 drugs in an attempt to restore as their base-case thinking, the Western culture ego sense of self, a belief in themselves as \u2018things-in-themselves\u2019 or \u2018beings\u2019 with the powers of sourcing actions and developments\u2019.\u00a0 These sensitive ones, who understand themselves as relational forms in the transforming relational continuum; i.e. where &#8216;their art&#8217; is the channeling of relational influence from their unique situational inclusion in the transforming relational continuum, rather than, as they are seen in Western culture terms;&#8217;humans&#8217;
