My investigative scheme is to bring everything into connective confluence, and so, for example, it does not make sense to come up with fragmented understandings when the original meaning involves many INTERCONNECTIONS and INTERDEPENDENCIES.  Systems scientists (like Martine Dodds-Taljaard and the pioneers of systems science such as Kenneth Boulding) capture this in the expression ‘The name of the devil is suboptimization’.  This WARNING is just common sense because the world of our SENSE-EXPERIENCE is such a world (a wave-field) wherein everything is INTERCONNECTED and INTERDEPENDENT, where there are rivers that run through multiple countries and what one country does to that river; e.g. fish it out, or pollute it etc. in optimizing their needs as if they REALLY WERE “INDEPENDENT” as their “DECLARATIONS OF INDEPENDENCE” purpurted them to be.  SUBOPTIMIZATION of the “DECLARED” INDEPENDENT NATIONS impacts what happens in all the other countries the river passes through.  That action by that one country which pays no attention to how it impacts other countries is called SUBOPTIMIZATION, but it is more like GLOBAL SCREW-UP.

 

[Author’s comment: This essay opens the door to comparisons between understandings that differ based on WHICH TYPE of LOGIC is being used in their capture and presentation; i.e. the LESS SIMPLE NONBINARY BOTH/AND LOGIC of the INCLUDING MEDIUM and/or the SIMPLE BINARY EITHER/OR LOGIC of the EXCLUDED MEDIUM.  For example, we may describe the TRANSFORMING LANDSCAPE in which there is TOWNING as a dynamic, included feature wherein the TOWNING is INCLUDED within the TRANSFORMING LANDSCAPE as requires the BOTH/AND LOGIC of the INCLUDING MEDIUM, and ALTERNATIVELY, we may SEPARATELY FOCUS on ‘THE TOWN’ and describe ‘the TOWN’ as a LOCAL, EXPLICIT THING-IN-ITSELF that is undergoing “ITS OWN GROWTH and DEVELOPMENT” as if within an EMPTY REFERENCE FRAME.  A note on the differing, CULTURE-BASED logic preference can be found in Appendix II]

 

Ok, that is just one example of PROBLEMS arising from “TAKING SERIOUSLY” our DECLARATIONS OF INDEPENDENCE and corresponding MAKE-BELIEVE (behaving as if we were independent and thus pursuing SUBOPTIMIZATION while in reality we are woven into a matrix of INTERCONNECTIONS AND INTERDEPENDENCIES), This is why our WESTERN CULTURE SOCIETY is commonly FRAGMENTED because even within a country where WE SAY things are divided up into provinces or states, there are problems with, for example, the more  populous provinces or states consuming or messing up more of the atmospheric or river system based resources and in the process screwing up access to resources essential to the innately INTERCONNECTED and INTERDEPENDENT brother and sister provinces and states. By using language that (falsely) treats the provinces or states as INDEPENDENT, we contradict the physical reality of our own presuppositions;

 

As regards the academies, they are established in order to regulate the studies of the pupils and are concerned not to have the program of teaching change very often: in such places, because it is a question of the progress of the students, it frequently happens that the things which have to be chosen are not those which are most true but those which are most easy. And by that division in things which makes different people form different judgements, it so happens that certain people are in error contrary to their own opinion.” – Johannes Kepler, ‘Harmonies of the World’

In plain and simple terms, if we are sometimes speaking of the TOWNING IN THE TRANSFORMING LANDSCAPE and implying the BOTH/AND LOGIC of the INCLUDING MEDIUM where the TOWNING is a dynamic FEATURE WITHIN the TRANSFORMING LANDSCAPE, … and AT OTHER TIMES, speak of the TOWN AS IF IT WERE A THING that is GROWING, DEVELOPING and PRODUCING goods, while it makes our linguistic conceptualizing SIMPLER, puts that SIMPLER CONCEPTUALIZATION … “AT ODDS WITH”… our sense-experience affirmed awareness wherein THERE IS TOWNING IN THE TRANSFORMING LANDSCAPE.

 

We can see that this is a general issue because of our WESTERN CULTURE habit of TALKING ABOUT THINGS and WORKING ON THINGS as if they are SEPARATE THINGS even though we live in a world that is INTERCONNECTED and INTERDEPENDENT (an ‘energy-charged PLENUM filled with CONDENSATIONS.)

 

Inquiry into WHAT IS GOING ON HERE causes us to reflect on the type of LOGIC we are using, and while indigenous aboriginals and modern physics use NONBINARY BOTH/AND LOGIC OF THE INCLUDING MEDIUM, Western Culture folks commonly use BINARY EITHER/OR LOGIC OF THE EXCLUDED MEDIUM (where we assume that space is empty).  So, consider how BINARY LOGIC ‘works’ (has us thinking) in the case of INDEPENDENT NATIONS.  We actually COMPETE on an INTER-NATIONAL basis in such things as concern material GROWTH, DEVELOPMENT and PRODUCTION.   Once we start TALKING in BINARY LOGIC terms of GROWTH, DEVELOPMENT and PRODUCTION there is a DISCONNECT in that what is REALLY GOING ON is TRANSFORMATION of the OVERALL LANDSCAPE.

 

For example, supposing that all the nations in the world are COMPETING in their production of wood products.  Canadian forest product industries are in competition with American and Brazilian and Russian etc. forest product producers and all of these competitors are investing in their own industrial GROWTH, DEVELOPMENT and PRODUCTION, … but while nobody is talking OUT LOUD about it, what is also occurring is SHRIINKING of the FORESTS, AGING and COLLAPSING of the former DEVELOPMENT, and outright CONSUMPTION of what is being PRODUCED, … and all of these FEMAEL ACCOMMODATING/ENABLING conjugate dynamics add together with all of the MALE ASSERTING/ACTUALIZING GROWTH, DEVELOPMENT and PRODUCTION so that “WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON IS TRANSFORMING OF THE OVERALL LANDSCAPE”.

 

Indigenous aboriginals use language that is “FLOW-BASED”  rather than “BEING-BASED”  so that there is acknowledgement that The GROWING OF THE TOWN IS PART OF A TRANSFORMATIVE DYNAMIC that includes the SHRINKING of WILDERNESS , so that one can never rightly speak GROWTH, DEVELOPMENT and PRODUCTION a if these were REAL THINGS because THEY ARE NOT REAL THINGS.  What is REAL is the TRANSFORMING of the LANDSCAPE which includes BOTH the MALE ASSERTING/ACTUALIZING GROWTH, DEVELOPMENT and PRODUCTION TOGETHER WITH (IN ONE CONJUGATE PACKAGE WITH) SHRINKING of WILDERNESS, AGING and COLLAPSE of prior DEVELOPMENT and CONSUMPTION of PRODUCTION.  The REALITY of what’s going on here is TRANSFORMATION of the LANDSCAPE, an understanding that is built into indigenous aboriginal FLOW-BASED LINGUISTIC CONCEPTUALIZING while our WESTERN CULTURE LINGUISTIC CONCEPTUALIZING is in terms of MATERIAL-BEING based GROWTH, DEVELOPMENT and PRODUCTION.

 

OK, there are STILL more mistakes as to how we WESTERN CULTURE ADHERENTS express things with our simplistic one-sided MALE ASSERTING/ACTUALIZING ONLY way of speaking about CHANGE that we are being forced to deal with, than these I have mentioned, and NOTICE that the core problem is that our WESTERN CULTURE LINGUISTIC CONCEPTUALIZING APPROACH is to USE THE MALE ASSERTING/ACTUALIZING aspect ONLY

This MALE ASSERTING/ACTUALIZING LINGUISTIC CONCEPTUALIZATION is NOT REAL because it is constrained to the LOCAL and EXPLICIT and leaves out mention of the NONLOCAL and IMPLICIT.

 

In other words, we capture all of the male asserting/actualizing stuff which is LOCAL and EXPLICIT such as the TOWN is GROWING, but we DROP OUT MENTION of the female accommodating/enabling stuff which is NONLOCAL and IMPLICIT which is the more basic part of TRANSFORMATION.  So here we see the problem, in our WESTERN CULTURE LINGUISTIC CONCEPTUALIZING SCHEME, of FRAGMENTATION pointed out by Bohm, and we can see how we add to that problem when we consider Goedel’s Theorem of the INCOMPLETENESS OF ALL FINITE LOGICAL PROPOSITIONS (i.e. this includes these one-sided incomplete MALE ASSERTING/ACTUALIZING PROPOSITIONS such as ‘THE TOWN IS GROWING’).  Goedel’s Theorem is reminding us that this PROPOSTION, “THE TOWN IS GROWING” is INCOMPLETE.  NOTA BENE! … WATCH OUT BECAUSE WE ARE CONFUSING OURSELVES BY FRAGMENTING OUR LINGUISTIC CONCEPTUALIZING OF REALITY with all of these INCOMPLETE LOGICAL PROPOSITIONS such as “THE TOWN IS GROWING” without mentioning the FEMALE ACCOMMODATING/ENABLING conjugate “THE WILDERNESS IS SHRINKING”.

 

 * * * * *  OK, CHANGE OF VIEW, … LET’S LOOK at the indigenous aboriginal LINGUISTIC CONCEPTUALIZING scheme which is FLOW-BASED.  In their linguistic conceptualizing scheme they are including both MALE ASSERTING/ACTUALIZING and FEMALE ACCOMMODATING/ENABLING and saying something to the effect thatTHERE IS TOWNING together with WILDERNESS-SHRINKING in the TRANSFORMING LANDSCAPE.   The LOGIC here is NOT BINARY EITHER/OR LOGIC of the EXCLUDED MEDIUM as with “THE TOWN IS GROWING”, the LOGIC is the NONBINARY BOTH/AND LOGIC of the INCLUDING MEDIUM, … i.e. that is the LOGIC employed in the words “THERE IS TOWNING together with (in conjugate relation with) WILDERNESS-SHRINKING IN THE TRANSFORMING LANDSCAPE.

 

Now we are using the logic of wave-field phenomena where the MALE ASSERTING/ACTUALIZING WAVE-PEAK is ACTING IN CONJUGATE RELATION WITH THE FEMALE ACCOMMODATING/ENABLING WAVE-TROUGH.  These are just WORDS for LABELLING PARTS, PARTS that DO NOT EXIST AS SEPARATE ITEMS; i.e. a WAVE has a PEAK and TROUGH in APPEARANCE but there are NOT TWO THINGS HERE, there is only one thing which is the WAVE-DYNAMIC which is NONLOCAL and IMPLICIT while ‘PEAK’ and ‘TROUGH’ are LOCAL and EXPLICIT IN APPEARANCE.

BUT WE DON’T HAVE TO BREAK THINGS DOWN INTO SEPARATE PIECES but because we WESTERN CULTURE ADHERENTS DO BREAK THINGS DOWN in using our MATERIAL BEING based LINGUISTIC CONCEPTUALIZING SCHEME, we can (and do) CONFUSE OURSELVES and Vygotsky points out Piaget has done exactly that and now WESTERN CULTURE, having built this mistake into our taching of language, is using that mistaken FRAGMENTATION in our schools, as I have often pointed out before (BUT NOTE THAT WHILE VYGOTSKY CAUGHT THIS MISTAKE OUR WESTERN CULTURE TEACHING METHOD HAS NEVER CORRECTED THIS SO NO WONDER WHY THE USE OF THE FEMALE ACCOMMODATING/ENABLING, which was still surviving in older constructs such as (“to everything there is a season and a time to every purpose” is an androgynous style of linguistic conceptualizing that is disappearing in WESTERN CULTURE linguistic conceptualizing, being replaced everywhere by the one-sided male asserting/actualizing propositions which DROP OUT the female accommodating/enabling conjugate.

As Vygotsky points out;

“Though fundamentally different in nature, the development of scientific [local and explicit] and spontaneous [nonlocal and implicit] concepts represents two sides of the same concept formation”   implying a WAVE-BASED STRUCTURE.

“Our disagreement with Piaget centers on one point only, but an important point. He assumes that development and instruction are entirely separate, incommensurate processes, that the function of instruction is merely to introduce adult ways of thinking, which conflict with the child’s own and eventually supplant them. Such a supposition stems from the old psychological tradition of separating the structural from the functional aspects of development.” –Vygotsky

I am going to insert my general note from earlier today as a go-by to talk about how I am summing everything up.  This note is in BOLD and is INDENTED, and you can JUMP OVER IT AND I WILL CONTINUE MY EXPLANATION and may refer to this following NOTE in BOLD to help out the discussion..

 

WHY THE STRAND IN THE WEB IS IMPORTANT

 

Imagine a diverse community of people who are interconnected and interdependent in the manner of STRANDS in a WEB.  The reality is that it is NOT POSSIBLE to identify, in this case, A LOCAL AUTHOR OF AN ACT because of the STRANDS-IN-THE WEB RELATION

 

This is the meaning of STRANDS IN THE WEB, that ALL OF OUR ACTIONS ARE RELATED … AND THIS MEANS THAT WE ONLY GET TO EXPERIENCE THE COMBINED EFFECT WHILE THE INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTION DOES NOT EVEN EXIST (NOT AS AN INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTION).

 

This if the REASON for architecting a JUSTICE SYSTEM that is RESTORATIVE rather than PURIFICATIONIST.  RESTORATIVE JUSTICE DOES NOT FOCUS ON “WHO DID IT?”, ‘HOW DID THEY DO IT’/ and “WHY DID THEY DO IT?” (and sometimes, as well “WHEN DID THEY DO IT?” and “WHERE DID THEY DO IT?).  This is because RESTORATIVE JUSTICE DOES NOT ACKNOWLEDGE HAT ANYTHING WAS DONE, since as in the STRAND IN THE WEB DYNAMIC, the event wherein a STRAND serves as a CONDUIT for the VENTING of TENSIONS, there is no actual AUTHORING ACT (VENTING IS NOT AUTHORING).  What is being VENTED from a STRAND in the WEB BELONGS TO THE WEB, and IT IS PURELY RELATIONAL prior to MANIFESTING as a VIOLENT ACTION, which is why the indigenous aboriginals have evolved as a remedial action, the HEALING CIRCLE which is where the social collective comes together in a HEALING CIRCE to SUBSUME the TENSIONS in the STRANDS-IN-THE-WEB MATRIX which “ZAPS OUT THROUGH A STRAND” like an ELECTRICAL DISCHARGE FROM A CAPACITOR BANK.  The PARTICULAR COMPONENT/STRAND that is the CONDUIT for the VIOLENT ACTION IS NOT THE AUTHOR OF THE VIOLENCE.

 

Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell are the particular COMPONENTS/STRANDS in the social matrix that, while they are CONDUITS for VIOLENT ACTION are NOT the AUTHORS of the VIOLENCE.  The AUTHORING CREDIT belongs to the WESTERN CULTURE SOCIAL COLLECTIVE which is the WEB of INTERCONNECTED INTERDEPENDENCES aka WESTERN CULTURE SOCIETY.

 

TRUMP’S INVOLVEMENT IS CLOSER AND MORE VISIBLE THAN MOST BUT SOCIETY IN GENERAL IS IN THE INTERCONNECTED AND INTERDEPENDENT WEB OF INFLUENCE.

 

In indigenous aboriginal culture, the REMEDY for such injurious goings-on would be RESTORATIVE rather than PUNITIVE and PURIFICATIONIST, in keeping with the STRANDS IN THE WEB UNDERSTANDING, WHICH IS SUPPORTED BY MODERN PHYSICS and by indigenous aboriginal understanding.

 

The WESTERN CULTURE practice of SCAPE-GOATING the IDENTIFIED PATIENT is supported by the DOUBLE ERROR of NAMING and GRAMMAR whereby LINGUISTIC CONCEPTUALIZING IS USED that imputes LOCAL AUTHORING of actions and developments where THERE IS NO SUCH THING; i.e. where actions are NONLOCAL and IMPLICIT (relational) while LOCAL and EXPLICIT is only APPEARANCE (Schaumkommen).

 

WESTERN CULTURE JUSTICE IS PURIFICATIONIST JUSTICE WHICH IS BASED ON THE ABSTRACT NOTION OF “LOCAL AUTHORING” WHICH IS A FICTION THAT COMES FROM THE DOUBLE ERROR OF NAMING AND GRAMMAR.  THERE IS NEITHER THE LOCAL AUTHORING OF GOOD/PRODUCTIVE WORKS NOR THE LOCAL AUTHORING OF BAD/DESTRUCTIVE WORKS because THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS “LOCAL AUTHORING”.  What there is, is TRANSFORMATION which can come through RESONANCE or DISSONANCE, both of which are NONLOCAL and IMPLICIT and WAVE-BASED.

 

In the Epstein – Maxwell affair, the women who were more exposed by their circumstances to being ‘recruited’ for sexual exploitation purposes recalls many CENTURIES of such operations in WESTERN CULTURE.  As pointed to in Shakespeare’s Henry IV, one person’s misfortune (poverty and exposure to manipulation) can be another’s advantage ( prosperity and manipulative empowerment);

 

PRINCE HENRY: 

Why, then, it is like if there come a hot June, and this civil buffeting hold, we shall buy maidenheads as they buy hob- nails, by the hundreds.

 

Such opportunist exploitation is not always the case but it is hard to imagine such sexual exploitation being as severe across all cultures.

“Once I was in Victoria, and I saw a very large house; they told me it was a bank and that the white men place their money there to take care of it, and that by-and-by they got it back, with interest.  We are Indians and have no such bank; but when we have plenty of money or blankets, we give them away to other chiefs and people, and by-and-by they return tem, with interest, and our hearts feel good.  Our potlatch is our bank”  — ‘First People First Voices’, edited by Penny Petrone

 

NOT WESTERN CULTURE but indigenous aboriginal culture, has the understanding that everything is interconnected and interdependent as with STRANDS in a WEB, so that in indigenous aboriginal culture, where there are emergent OUTBURSTS OF VIOLENCE, … THERE IS NO AUTOMATIC ASSUMPTION OF LOCAL AUTHORSHIP OF THE VIOLENCE as comes with the WESTERN CULTURE notion of people as INDEPENDENT BEINGS notionally with THEIR OWN POWERS OF LOCAL AUTHORING of actions and developments.  INSTEAD, there is the STRANDS-IN-THE-WEB assumption where the understanding is that the STRAND that is manifesting VIOLENT behaviour is the VENT for TENSIONS that have been building in the WEB (community) and merely VENTING through the individual rather than being AUTHORED by the one manifesting the VIOLENT behaviour, hence the response of JUSTICE that is RESTORATIVE rather than as in WESTERN CULTURE, PUNITIVE and PURIFICATIONIST being based on the abstract notion of the LOCAL AUTHOR which derives from the DOUBLE ERROR of NAMING and GRAMMAR (Nietzsche).

 WHY THE STRAND IN THE WEB IS IMPORTANT

 

Understanding that our social dynamics have THE STRAND IN THE WEB structure, means that VIOLENT ACTS are NONLOCAL and IMPLICIT in origin (coming through tensions in the interconnecting and interdependent social matrix), rather than LOCAL and EXPLICIT in origin (mistaking the VIOLENT VENTING of relational TENSIONS from the social collective for LOCALLY AUTHORED VIOLENCE coming from INDEPENDENT HUMAN BEINGS, and therefore pursuing the INCARCERATION or ELIMINATION of the INDEPENDENT HUMAN BEING that is assumed to be the LOCAL AUTHOR of VIOLENCE rather than the LOCAL CONDUIT that is VENTING VIOLENCE from the TENSIONED WEB).

 

MODERN PHYSICS supports indigenous aboriginal RESTORATIVE JUSTICE, however the WESTERN CULTURE PURIFICATIONIST JUSTICE is “LOCKED IN BY HIGH SWITCHING COSTS”.

OK, in continuing the thread from before the insert of the note IN BOLD, I have wanted to SORT OUT a difficulty I was having with the case of Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell.

 

The difficulty was that my GUT FEEL “WAS” very antagonistic regarding those two that I felt were LOW-LIFES that had screwed up the lives of many young girls, who where now coming forth and sharing how much they had suffered from being influenced by Epstein and Maxwell.  But I must also say, that at the same time, I was thinking, … well this is good that these victims (just to note that the word ‘victim’ is binary and I don’t believe in binary) have been able to share their unfortunate experiences at the hands of Epstein and Maxwell.  But even as I was ‘mouthing these words in my mind’, … at the same time, my intuition was whispering to me, … but is this the real story because surely there is a lot more to it once we find out all the other nasty players and their hidden roles in ‘what was going on’ (HERE I HAD VISIONS of turning over rocks on the beach and startling large numbers of little crabs who had been taking shelter there, which then scattered and ran to find an alternative hiding place…. LOOK! there’s a PRINCE ANDREW look-alike).

 

Ok, a moment’s reflection brought me back to the understanding that our human social collective is characterized by WEBS of related goings on, many of which are kept in the dark so that evidently ‘RESPECTED CITIZENS’ are STRANDS in A WEB THAT HAS AFFILIATIONS or CONNECTIONS with ‘UNDERGROUND’ activities that society SUPERFICIALLY frowns on yet COVERTLY supports.   Here we need the more complete framework of the STRAND IN THE WEB structure which is equivalent to the modern physics CONDENSATION of the ENERGY-CHARGED PLENUM (aka wave-field) which supports NONBINARY BOTH/AND LOGIC of the INCLUDING MEDIUM.

Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell were not EITHER ONE THING OR THE OTHER, they were BOTH THE ONE THING AND THE OTHER as with a Dr. Jekyl and Mr Hyde bipolarity.

The STRAND IN THE WEB structure is a model of the real world where EVERYTHING is INTERCONNECTED and INTERDEPENDENT because these THINGS such as people etc. are CONDENSATIONS of the all-including energy-charged PLENUM (one can think in terms of WHORLINGS IN THE FLOWING or CONDENSATIONS in the ENERGY-CHARGD PLENUM).  The SEPARATENESS of the WHORLING in the FLOWING is ONLY “APPEARANCE” aka Schaumkommen (Schroedinger).   That is, the SEPARATENESS of the STRAND and the WEB is ONLY “APPEARANCE”.

WHEN WE SEE THE STRAND BEHAVING VIOLENTLY, SUCH BEHAVIOUR IS NOT LOCALLY AUTHORED since the STRAND is INTERCONNECTED and INTERDEPENDENT with the COLLECTIVE WEB of STRANDS that CO-CULTIVATE the WEB DYNAMIC in which case the VIOLENCE of a particular STRAND is NONLOCAL and IMPLICIT (relational) WEB-SOURCED and ONLY-APPEARS-TO-BE LOCAL and EXPLICIT thus INCRIMINATING THE LOCAL, EXPLICIT STRAND that serves as a CHANNEL for VENTING the FIOLENT RELEASE OF ENERGY ACCUMULATING IN THE WEB AND IS THUS MERELY THE CONDUIT AND NOT THE “LOCAL AUTHOR” OF THE VIOLENCE THAT VENTS THROUGH IT.

What has just been described is a dynamic relation that is BEYOND THE CONCEPTUALIZING CAPABILITY OF SIMPLE BINARY EITHER/OR LOGIC of the EXCLUDED MEDIUM.  In this PHYSICALLY REAL EXAMPLE, the OPERATIVE LOGIC is the BOTH/AND LOGIC of the INCLUDING MEDIUM; i.e. the INCLUDING MEDIUM IS THE WEB and the VIOLENCE that VENTS IS VENTING THROUGH THE STRAND IS AT THE SAME TIME THE DISTURBANCE ANIMATING THE WEB.  HERE WE SEE “AT PLAY” the Goedel’s Theorem ambiguity of INCOMPLETENESS of ALL FINITE LOGICAL PROPOSITIONS since while it is TRUE to state that THE STRAND MANIFESTED VIOLENT ACTION, it was NOT the case that the STRAND was the “AUTHOR” of VIOLENT ACTION, since the AUTHORING was NONLOCAL and IMPLICIT and BELONGING to the WEB-DYNAMIC.

WHY IS THIS IMPORTANT?

“WE BECOME AWARE OF ITS IMPORTANCE” when we use the less simple BOTH/AND LOGIC OF THE INCLUDING MEDIUM LINGUISTIC CONCEPTUALIZING scheme that acknowledges the INTERCONNECTING and INTERDEPENDENCE of all CONDENSATIONS of and in the ENERGY-CHARGED PLENUM (e.g. the STRANDS-IN-THE-WEB STRUCTURE).  THIS IS IMPORTANT BECAUSE the INTERCONNECTING and INTERDEPENDENCE of all MATERIAL CONDENSATIONS in the energy-charged PLENUM is a PHYSICAL REALITY while the simple BINARY EITHER/OR LOGIC of the EXCLUDED (EMPTY SPACE) MEDIUM is a LINGUISTIC CONCEPTUALIZING SCHEME adopted for its SIMPLIFYING capability, wherein what is SIMPLIFIED is PHYSICAL REALITY (by introducing a simplified substitute PSEUDO-PHYSICAL REALITY that can be dealt with using a LESS COMPLEX LINGUISTIC CONCEPTUALIZING SCHEME; i.e. by introducing the BINARY EITHER/OR LOGIC of the EXCLUDED MEDIUM (EMPTY SPACE MEDIUM) based LINGUISTIC CONCEPTUALIZING SCHEME) which opens the way for using a simple BINARY EITHER/OR LOGIC OF THE EXCLUED MEDIUM based LINGUISTIC CONCEPTUALIZING SCHEME and THUS AVOIDING HAVING TO USE the LESS SIMPLE NONBINARY BOTH/AND LOGIC OF THE INCLUDING MEDIUM LINGUISTIC CONCEPTUALIZING SCHEME.

 

Note that the INCLUDING MEDIUM is the ENERGY-CHARGED PLENUM in which MATERIAL FORMS are CONDENSATIONS which, as just stated, involves “BOTH/AND LOGIC OF THE INCLUDING MEDIUM LINGUISTIC CONCEPTUALIZATION”.  YES, OF COURSE IT IS SIMPLER to DROP OUT THE FEMALE ACCOMMODATING/ENABLING “ENERGY-CHARGED PLENUM” AND SUBSTITUTE ABSOLUTE EMPTY AND INFINITE SPACE IN ITS PLACE, … BUT BY SO DOING, WE ARE RADICALLY ALTERING OUR LINGUISTIC CONCEPTUALIZATION SCHEME BY WAY OF MAKING WHAT NIETZSCHE HAS LABELLED ‘THE DOUBLE ERROR OF NAMING AND GRAMMAR’ which SYNTHETICALLY INVENTS AND PROMOTES TO PRIMARY AUTHORING STATUS a NOTIONAL NAMING-BASED MATERIAL OBJECT (first error) and CONFLATING THIS WITH A SECOND ERROR of GRAMMAR to SYNTHETICALLY MOBILIZE the FIRST ERROR of NAMING-INSTANTIATED BEING.

 

What this DOUBLE ERROR of NAMING and GRAMMAR does is that it INVENTS the ABSTRACT NOTION of a “LOCAL AUTHOR” of actions and development, and also ‘outfits’ the “LOCAL AUTHOR” with an OPERATING ARENA that won’t get in its way because is we are creating in the guise of an ABSOLUTE EMPTY AND INFINITE SPACE.  IN THIS SIMPLIFIED DOUBLE ERROR OF NAMING AND GRAMMAR based PSEUDO-REALITY based on MATERIAL OBJECTS in EMPTY SPACE, we only have to deal with SIMPLE BINARY EITHER/OR LOGIC of the EXCLUDED MEDIUM (the purported ’empty space’ medium), and are NOT ENCUMBERED with the LESS SIMPLE NONBINARY BOTH/AND LOGIC of the INCLUDING MEDIUM of the ENERGY-CHARGED PLENUM which includes within it,  CONDENSATIONS which are, like STRANDS in a WEB, “BOTH” THEMSELVES “AND” at the same time, the CONTAINER WHICH INCLUDES THEM, as with the relationship of CONDENSATIONS of the ALL-INCLUDING ENERGY-CHARGED PLENUM.  This NONBINARY BOTH/AND LOGIC of the INCLUDING MEDIUM, while it is innately LESS SIMPLE that tne BINARY EITHER/OR LOGIC of the EXCLUDED (empty space) MEDIUM, … HAS A LINGUISTIC CONCEPTUALIZING CAPABILITY THAT EXCEEDS THE LINGUISTIC CONCEPTUALIZING CAPABILITY OF BINARY EITHER/OR LOGIC OF THE EXCLUDED MEDIUM.  This NONBINARY BOTH/AND LOGIC of the INCLUDING MEDIUM is ESSENTIAL to conveying the LESS SIMPLE precepts of Modern physics (the BOTH/AND relations between the ENERGY-CHARGED PLENUM and its CONDENSATIONS), and the equivalent BOTH/AND relations of the STRAND-IN-THE-WEB relational structures of indigenous aboriginals.

 

TRUST ME, this is NOT AS COMPLICATED AS IT MAY AT FIRST SOUND, its just that we don’t very often question the underlying assumptions that we have BUILT INTO OUR LINGUISTIC CONCEPTUALIZING SCHEMES.  CENTRAL to all of this discussion is; (please make a note of this as it is key to a whole lot of confusion in our WESTERN CULTURE dominated social dynamics)

WE WESTERN CULTURE ADHERENTS ARE USING A TOO-SIMPLE “BINARY EITHER/OR LOGIC OF THE EXCLUDED [empty space] MEDIUM” FOUNDATION for our LINGUISTIC CONCEPTUALIZING OF REALITY and what indigenous aboriginals AND MODERN PHYSICS are telling us is that WE NEED A LESS SIMPLE NONBINARY BOTH/AND LOGIC OF THE INCLUDING MEDIUM as the FOUNDATION of our LINGUISTIC CONCEPTUALIZING SCHEME.

When we “LOOK THIS UP” in Wikipedia and reference the work of Lupasco and Brenner who have tried to get these points across, we get the following AI affirmation;

In WESTERN CULTURE, on the other hand, we impose a REFERENCE FRAME and describe an individual’s movements by referencing them to the fixed frame which GREATLY SIMPLIFIES the REPORTING as compared with what is ACTUALLY OCCURRING, but at the expense of implying that the individual is the FULL AND SOLE AUTHOR OF HIS OWN ‘TRAJECTORY’.  This simplification DROPS OUT MENTION (acknowledgement) of the unfolding FEMALE ACCOMMODATING/ENABLING dynamic that opens up a channel over here and closes down previously open channels over there, so that while our LANGUAGE makes it appear as if the INDIVIDUAL is the MALE ASSERTING/ACTUALIZING LOCAL AUTHOR of his own actions and developments (as WESTERN CULTURE PURIFICATIONIST JUSTICE PORTRAYS IT), the REALITY is that our movements are INDUCTIVELY SHAPED by the EMERGENT OPENINGS OF CHANNELS THAT APPEAR PROMISING TO US, while it is our WESTERN CULTURE HABIT to make up stories, as in our résumés, which reduce our ACCOUNTING OF OUR ACTIONS simply to the male asserting/actualizing conjugate, DROPPING OUT MENTION of the naural PRIMACY of the FEMALE ACCOMMODATING/ENABLING conjugate INFLUENCE in shaping our MALE ASSERTING/ACTUALIZING movements.

 

The INTERCONNECTING and INTERDEPENDENCE of all CONDENSATIONS of and in the ENERGY-CHARGE PLENUM (i.e. the STRANDS-IN-THE-WEB STRUCTURE) is important because when we understand the individual in the abstract simplified BINARY EITHER/OR LOGIC of the EXCLUDED MEDIUM terms of a MATERIAL BODY IN EMPTY SPACE, everything (all of our moves and actions) are DEEMED TO DERIVE FROM OUR OWN MALE ASSERTING/ACTUALIZING POWERS, whereas in the physical reality of our relational dynamics as unfolding from our INTERCONNECTIONS and INTERDEPENDENCE as CONDENSATIONS of and in the ENERGY-CHARGED PLENUM, things are MUCH LESS SIMPLE, hence the indigenous aboriginal STRANDS-IN-THE-WEB understanding.

 

NOW, WHEN WE SPEAK IN STRANDS IN THE WEB TERMS OR CONDENSATIONS OF THE PLENUM TERMS,  WE ARE TALKING ABOUT THE REAL WORLD, the relations among things according to Modern physics and according to indigenous aboriginal understanding wherein EVERYTHING is INTERCONNECTED and INTERDEPENDENT as with STRANDS IN A WEB and as with CONDENSATIONS of the ENERGY-CHARGED PLENUM.

 

Ok, let’s take a closer look as this STRANDS in the WEB relation in the context of how it is used in indigenous aboriginal culture (and how it equally applies in modern physics).

 

THE KEY POINT IS THIS, THERE CAN BE NO ASSIGNMENT of “LOCAL AUTHORSHIP” TO A PARTICULAR STRAND IN A WEB because the STRANDS are INTERCONNECTING and INTERDEPENDENT as are WHORLINGS IN FLOWING and CONDENSATIONS in the ENERGY-CHARGED PLENUM etc,

 

In mathematics, this unresolvable interconnection and interdependence is called the THREE BODY PROBLEM “the impossibility of calculating the individual movements of three or more bodies moving under one-another’s simultaneous mutual influence)

 

THIS IS WHERE INDIGENOUS ABORIGINAL “RESTORATIVE JUSTICE COMES FROM” AND IT IS SUPPORTED BY MODERN PHYSICS.  IN THE EVENT, WITHIN AN INTERCONNECTED, INTERDEPENDENT MATRIX, THERE IS AN ERUPTION OF VIOLENT CONFLICT, THERE IS NO WAY TO DETERMINE THE AUTHOR BECAUSE OF THE THREE-STRAND PROBLEM, .. in which case the REMEDY for the VIOLENT ACT is to RESTORE BALANCE AND HARMONY through the HEALING CIRCLE, and I have been trained in this and have experienced it and I know that “IT WORKS”.  When everyone SPEAKS FROM THE HEART and passes the TALKING STICK there is some kind of tuning into one another and somehow finding resolution.  This HEALING CIRCLE approach makes clear that the assumption that the person that is BEHAVING VIOLENTLY or who HAS BEHAVED VIOLENTLY is like the STRAND-IN-THE-WEB where the VIOLENT action is NOT LOCALLY AUTHORED by the VIOLENT STRAND but the STRAND is becoming VIOLENT through the dynamics of the WEB he is situationally included in.

 

The STRAND THAT MANIFESTS THE VIOLENCE IS THE CONDUIT FOR VIOLENT ACTION BUT NOT THE LOCAL AUTHOR OF THE VIOLENCE.  This understanding HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE NATURE OF THE VIOLENCE, whether theft, rape or murder, it is general and this is why indigenous aborginal JUSTICE is RESTORATIVE because the STRAND that is VIOLENT is NOT THE AUTHOR of the VIOLENCE.   When we watch a spider web being jostled by the wind, there may a strand that moved MOST VIOLENTLY but that strand is NOT THE AUTHOR of its VIOLENT MOVEMENT.

 

We know from modern physics that we live in a world wherein everything is INTERCONNECTED and INTERDEPENDENT which establishes the STRANDS-IN-THE-WEB situation through which we need to understand the VIOLENT behaviour of a STRAND in the WEB; i.e. the authoring of the VIOLENCE is NONLOCAL and IMPLICIT (relational).

This STRANDS IN THE WEB understanding is the general case in indigenous aboriginal culture and leads to RESTORATIVE JUSTICE.   There is no reason NOT to understand the case of Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell in this manner.

 

My KNEE-JERK that was telling me that WE CAN’T LET Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell off the hook for their criminal behaviour derives from my WESTERN CULTURE BINARY LOGIC informed background.   If I had been born and raised in an indigenous aboriginal community, … or by people informed by NONBINARY BOTH/AND LOGIC of the INCLUDING MEDIUM, … which means indigenous aboriginals and modern physics theorists such as David Bohm and F. David Peat (Blackfoot Physics), then RESTORATIVE JUSTICE would be the LOGICAL way to go.

 

It is important to note, here, that indigenous aboriginals (traditionalists) DO NOT USE BINARY EITHER/OR LOGIC OF THE EXCLUDED MEDIUM, they use the NONBINARY BOTH/AND LOGIC of the INCLUDING MEDIUM.

The unfinished business of my thoughts on Ghislaine Maxwell ended up as follows;   At first, my intuition was that she has to be punished since she was obviously an important player in the corruption that ruined so many young lives, … and then I started to question how indigenous aboriginal justice, which is RESTORATIVE, could let Ghislaine Maxwell “OFF THE HOOK”, and then I started thinking about how indigenous aboriginals DO NOT EVEN USE BINARY THINKING

In this case, in thinking in this NONBINARY BOTH/AND LOGIC of the INCLUDING MEDIUM basis, our understanding shifts to thinking that is RELATIONAL and thus acknowledges the fact that everything is INTERCONNECTED and INTERDEPENDENT wherein dynamics are in the non-BEING based RELATIONAL terms of RESONANCE and DISSONANCE which are NONLOCAL and IMPLICIT (RELATIONAL) in nature, in which case the notion of a LOCAL, EXPLICIT AUTHOR is NOT VIABLE since that is SIMPLE BINARY LOGIC based and has no place in the TRANSFORMING RELATIONAL CONTINUUM wherein we are CONDENSATIONS aka STRANDS-IN-THE-WEB as requires LESS SIMPLE NONBINARY BOTH/AND LOGIC of the INCLUDING MEDIUM.

SO, I have checked this over and it all makes sense to me, and I understand that the ‘reality’ I was coming from which was AGAINST letting Ghislaine Maxwell OFF THE HOOK was coming from my own EGO based knee-jerk belief in LOCAL AUTHORING which I was CREDITING TO HER because my (WESTERN CULTURE CONDITIONED) HABIT was to CREDIT MYSELF with LOCAL AUTHORING POWERS, even though I feel comfortable with the bumper cars model where everyone’s movement is influenced from getting bumped and giving bumps to others, and I have even complained about the popular tendency to gloss over these interrelations and interdependencies in highschool when asked to write my résumé and hype it up with all the great things “I” had done, my complaint being that there was nothing “I” had done ON MY OWN without ‘getting a little help from friends and family’ and was cognizant of others who didn’t get nearly the support that I got, which made writing those résumés in the first person a BULLSHIT game that would have been firmly attacked by someone like Jules Henry the author of CULTURE AGAINST MAN.

APPENDIX 1:  Jantsch’s Three Levels of Awareness

TO IGNORE OR NOT TO IGNORE???

 

In my philosophical investigations, I have come around to Laing and Henry’s mode of understanding, not strictly from their works, which have made sense to me, but by way of the Modern physics works of David Bohm and others amongst whom I would give special mention to the amazing work of Erich Jantsch with his THREE LEVELS OF AWARENESS, which I frequently cite. 

 

Jantsch died on December 12, 1980, in Berkeley, California, ” alone and lonely, abandoned by friends, misunderstood by colleagues”. His ashes were scattered over the Pacific Ocean.” —from “The Quiet Ganesh: Finding Erich Jantsch by Leah Sciabarrasi 

 

Dr. Erich Jantsch has been described as an astrophysicist, an author, a businessman, an astronomer, a conservationist, a consultant, an engineer, an evolutionary theorist, a forecaster, a futurologist, a humanist, a lecturer, a music critic, a philosopher, a physicist, a scientist, an urban planner, founder of the ‘big history’ concept’, a pioneer in systems and futures thinking, and one of the six founding members of the Club of Rome. His books and publications range from technological forecasting to evolution. In particular, his last book, The Self-Organizing Universe, has been influential in the interdisciplinary fields of biomimicry, holism, co-evolution, and self-organization. He was an occasional advisor to about twenty governments, several international organizations, and research institutions. This book, The Quiet Ganesh, is the start of a biography of this expansive man.

 

I have no idea ‘what happened’ to Erich Jantsch, but I keep a copy of his 1973 Presentation at the INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON THE UNITY OF THE SCIENCES in Tokyo entitled “TRANSEXPERIENTIAL INQUIRY”.   I don’t like his choice of title because it OBSCURES his straightforward exposition on how we make use of THREE LEVELS OF AWARENESS and this really strikes a chord in my own life experience grounded understanding, and presumably does the same for others who become familiar with Jantsch’s philosophical investigative findings.

 

READING JANTSCH’S THREE LEVELS OF AWARENESS ANSWERS MANY QUESTIONS REGARDING SOCIAL-RELATIONAL FRAGMENTATION IN WESTERN CULTURE SOCIAL COLLECTIVES.

 

The VERY FACT that we, …any of us, … can get LOCKED IN to one or other of those LEVELS OF AWARENESS explains MUCH about the DYSFUNCTION in our WESTERN CULTURE SOCIAL DYNAMIC that has been catalogued by psychologists and anthropologists such as Ronald Laing, Jules Henry and Ernest Becker.  Jantsch’s THREE LEVELS of AWARENESS EXPLAIN the divisions between CONSERVATIVES and LIBERALS and EXPLAIN also, the DIVISION between WESTERN CULTURE and INDIGENOUS ABORIGINAL CULTURE.   I can ad lib a quickie definition of the THREE LEVELS to show how we (the overall social collective) can become DIVIDED by a focus on one or the other of the TWO LOWEST LEVELS OF AWARENESS.  The HIGHEST LEVEL 1  of the 3 LEVELS is actually an INTEGRATION of levels 2 and 3 while level 2 includes within it level 3. 

 

LEVEL 1  WARENESS is like the indigenous aboriginal understanding that ‘everything is related’ as is the case with the ALL-INCLUDING TRANSFORMING RELATIONAL CONTINUUM.

 

LEVEL 2 AWARENESS is like the LIBERAL understanding wherein we acknowledge that all Nations are in the world dynamic together, hence COOPERATION makes sense.

 

LEVEL 3 AWARENESS is like the CONSERVATIVE ‘survival of the fittest’ understanding wherein COMPETING TO WIN will cultivate strong/capable individuals.  

 

As we know, we tend to get stuck in AWARENESS LEVELS 3 (CONSERVATIVE) and AWARENESS LEVEL 2 (LIBERAL) and this happens because we are using TOO SIMPLE BINARY EITHER/OR LOGIC of the EXCLUDED MEDIUM in which case we can get split into TWO POLAR OPPOSITE GROUPS because of our having TWO POLAR OPPOSITE VIEWS on issues wherein THERE IS NO COMMON GROUND due to the EXCLUDED MEDIUM.

 

AWARENESS LEVEL 1 (TRANSFORMATION), because we get to it with LESS SIMPLE NONBINARY BOTH/AND LOGIC of the INCLUDING MEDIUM, reaches an understanding that BINARY LOGIC cannot take us to because BINARY EITHER/OR LOGIC OF THE EXCLUDED MEDIUM can only support EITHER/OR combinations such as MATTER and EMPTY SPACE (the ‘excluded medium’) while NONBINARY BOTH/AND LOGIC of the INCLUDING MEDIUM supports BOTH/AND combinations such as CONDENSATIONS and ALL-INCLUDING ENERGY-CHARGED PLENUM.  The DYNAMIC in this case is TRANSFORMATION wherein EVERYTHING IS IN FLUX and where RELATIONAL FORMS in the FLOW ARE “BOTH” THEMSELVES and the “FLOW” they share inclusion in.

 

SO, LEVEL 1 AWARENESS CAN ONLY BE REACHED WITH NONBINARY BOTH/AND LOGIC of the INCLUDING MEDIUM wherein EVERYTHING IS INTERCONNECTED and INTERDEPENDENT as with CONDENSATIONS in the ALL-INCLUDING ENERGY-CHARGED PLENUM wherein the CONDENSATIONS are “BOTH” themselves “AND” the ALL-INCLUDING ENERGY-CHARGED PLENUM.

 

For those who insist on STICKING WITH BINARY EITHER/OR LOGIC of the EXCLUDED MEDIUM, there is NO ACCESS TO LEVEL 1 AWARENESS.  WESTERN CULTURE ADHERENTS HAVE TO “LET GO OF” BINARY LOGIC IN ORDER TO ‘MOVE ON’ the HIGHEST AWARENESS LEVEL (TRANSFORMATIVE LEVEL).

 

NOTA BÉNÉ!  Indigenous aboriginals DO NOT HAVE TO LET GO OF LEVEL 2 and 3 AWARENESS (BINARY LOGIC BASED LEVELS OF AWARENESS) because indigenous aboriginals have never FALLEN INTO THE HABIT OF USING BINARY EITHER/OR LOGIC OF THE EXCLUDED MEDIUM since that HABIT WAS NEVER PART OF INDIGENOUS ABORIGINAL HISTORICAL DEVELOPMENT.

Indigenous logic is generally described as holistic, relational, and context-dependent, emerging from creation stories and deep, long-standing connections to the land.

Lupasco and Brenner’s Logic
