The WORLD OF OUR PHYSICAL SENSE-EXPERIENCE is very different from the WORLD OF OUR LINGUISTIC CONCEPTUALIZATIONS.  For example, we speak about the GROWTH of the TOWN or the growth of the HUMAN BEING as if GROWTH were something REAL in a SENSE-EXPERIENCE VERIFIABLE CONTEXT, but THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS “GROWTH’ outside of BINARY LOGIC based LINGUISTIC CONCEPTUALIZATION, since EVERYTHING IS IN FLUX (as is the nature of the all-including energy-charged PLENUM aka WAVE-FIELD).

THIS REAL-WORLD (sense-experience affirmed) FLOW aka TRANSFORMATION is ANDROGYNOUS meaning that IT IS NOT SUFFICIENT to PORTRAY REALITY in the one-sided MALE-ASSERTING/ACTUALIZING terms of ‘the TOWN is GROWING.  This ONE-SIDED MALE ASSERTING/ACTUALIZING GROWING OF CULTIVATED LAND is IMPOSSIBLE in its own right and must be in conjugate relatiol with the FEMALE ACCOMMODATING/ENABLING SHRINKING OF WILDERNESS.

While … /our INTELLECTUAL CONCEPTUALIZING and SAY-SO IS THAT WE ARE INVESTING in GROWTH, DEVELOPMENT and PRODUCTION of goods and services/… , what is REALLY GOING ON (in the reality of our sense experience) is  … /TRANSFORMATION of the LANDSCAPE in which WE, TOO, ARE INCLUDED/ …and in which there is FEMALE ACCOMMODATING/ENABLING 

While WESTERN CULTURE ‘economics’ orients to GROWTH as if it were a REALITY in its own right, the INDIGENOUS ABORIGINAL CULTURE, as well as MODERN PHYSICS, DOES NOT SEE “GROWTH” (that is just ‘talk’) but SEES TRANSFORMATION which includes the SHRINKING OF WILDERNESS which is in conjugate relation with the GROWTH OF TOWNS and FARMLANDS and INDUSTRIAL COMPLEXES ETC. which is TRANSFORMING the world we are INCLUDED IN.

If we speak about the GROWTH of CULTIVATED AREA and the GROWTH of DEVELOPMENT and PRODUCTION IS SOMETHING LOCAL AND EXPLICIT and there must also be a CONJUGATE SHRINKING OF WILDERNESS that is NONLOCAL and IMPLICIT in which case what is going on, overall, is TRANSFORMATION of the overall GRESTALT of LANDSCAPE.

SCAPE-GOATING IS THUS CREATED BY OUR WESTERN CULTURE TOO-SIMPLE LINGUISTIC CONCEPTUALIZING WHERE OUR LANGUAGE FORCES US TO CONCEPTUALIZE ALL ACTIONS AND DEVELOPMENTS AS IF OCCURRING IN AN ABSOLUTE SPACE OF INFINITE EXTENT (a space which is incapable of sourcing ANYTHING, forcing our simplistic BEING based LINGUISTIC CONCEPTUALIZING SCHEME, which has to ‘make do’ with a one-sided MALE ASSERTING/ACTUALIZING ONLY CREATIVE MECHANISM, come up with explanations wherein the CONDENSATIONS such as the CANARIES in the TOXIC ENVIRONMENT of the MINE are deemed FULLY and SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for THEIR OWN BEHAVIOR, since we WESTERN CULTURE ADHERENTS ARE COMMONLY ASSUMING INCLUSIONIN AN ABSOLUTE EMPTY AND INFINITE SPACE which has NO INFLUENCE on the behaviors of BEINGS within the space in which case we WESTERN CULTURE ADHERENTS have architected a GRAMMAR that imputes FULL and SOLE AUTHORING AGENCY to the LOCAL, EXPLICIT, INDEPENDENT “MATERIAL BEING’.

SCAPE-GOATING is NOT grounded in sense-experience but is LINGUISTIC CONCEPTUALIZING BASED and comes into being as the result of WESTERN CULTURE employing SIMPLE BINARY LOGIC as the FOUNDATION of LINGUISTIC CONCEPTUALIZING.  This TOO SIMPLE LINGUISTIC CONCEPTUALIZING is INCAPABLE of capturing the NONLOCAL and IMPLICIT ORIGIN  of ACTIONS and DEVELOPMENTS as in WAVE-FIELD DYNAMICS.

LINGUISTIC CONCEPTUALIZING that is FLOW-BASED as in MODERN PHYSICS, indigenous aboriginal languages, Taoism/Buddhism and Advaita Vedanta HAD NO NEED OF SCAPE-GOATING since it accommodates conceptualizing that is capable of conveying NONLOCAL and IMPLICIT originating of actions and developments as conveyed with QUANTUM LOGIC, the BOTH/AND LOGIC of the INCLUDING MEDIUM where speak in terms of TOWNING and HUMANING in the ENERGY-CHARGED PLENUM aka TRANSFORMING RELATIONAL CONTINUUM where the HUMANING in the ENERGY-CHARGED PLENUM is both ITSELF and at the same time the ENERGY-CHARGE PLENUM that the HUMANING is included in, in the manner of a WHORLING in the FLOWING.

That is, the SCAPE GOATS are LOCAL and EXPLICIT SUBSTITUTES even though the actual physical phenomena is NONLOCAL and IMPLICIT as is the nature of the WAVE-FIELD dynamic.

EXAMPLE:  Robin Hood and Jean Valjean (in Les Miserables) are animated by the NONLOCAL, IMPLICIT INFLUENCE of relational IMBALANCE (a QUANTUM LOGIC BOTH/AND relation) which belongs to the overall TRANSFORMING RELATIONAL CONTINUUM, however our WESTERN CULTURE TOO SIMPLE BEING-BASED LINGUISTIC CONCEPTUALIZATION SCHEME is INCAPABLE of conveying IMBALANCE as an  ACTION AUTHORING AGENCY, and the only option is the BINARY LOGIC option which SPLITS OUT the notional INDEPENDENT BEING by way of NAMING and employs GRAMMAR to endow the BEING with “ITS OWN LOCAL AUTHORING POWERS” so that even though the relations in the social collective are the source of IMBALANCE which induces REBALANCING as in the case of Robin Hood and Jean Valjean, … if our only tool is the HAMMER (in this case ‘BEING’), everything looks like a NAIL and since our WESTERN CULTURE habit is of LINGUISTIC CONCEPTUALIZING based on SIMPLE BINARY LOGIC has us DROPPING OUT (BUT ONLY IN OUR LINGUISTIC CONCEPTUALIZING SINCE WE CAN’T CHANGE OUR SENESE-EXPERIENCE) the FEMALE ACCOMMODATING/ENABLING WAVE-FIELD CONJUGATE wherein the ENVIRONMENT is an ACTIVE PARTICIPANT (and not an empty space).

This WESTERN CULTURE SCHEME of SCAPE-GOATING to explain, in terms compatible with the simplified BINARY LOGIC pseudo-reality, the AUTHORING of actions and developments (i.e. in terms of LOCAL AUTHORING by MATERIAL BEING based agents) “DROPS OUT THE ACTUAL SENSE-EXPERIENCE AFFIRMED NONLOCAL, IMPLICIT WAVE-FIELD AUTHORING AGENCY, as is acknowledged in MODERN PHYSICS, indigenous aboriginal cultures, Taoism/Buddhism and Advaita Vedanta.

SO when events emerge form NONLOCAL, IMPLICIT (relational) AUTHORING SOURCES as is the norm in WAVE-FIELD DYNAMICS, we WESTERN CULTURE ADHERENTS, with our SIMPLIFIED BINARY LOGIC based LINGUISTIC CONCEPTUALIZING SCHEME, are forced, by the coarse granular natural of BEING based PSEUDO-REALITY, to identify a MATERIAL BEING as the AUTHOR of events, that are in reality, deriving from NONLOCAL and IMPLICIT WAVE-FIELD AUTHORING AGENCY.

THIS IS FINE IF THE events are conceived of as GOOD in the BINARY LOGIC JUDGEMENT system of WESTERN CULTURE ADHERENTS since few of those being credited for developments deriving from the NONLOCAL and IMPLICIT are going to complain about being identified as the LOCAL, EXPLICIT BEING-based AUTHOR, … but in the case of relational dissonance that results in injuries or deaths or MASS KILLINGS, while this is in the QUANTUM LOGIC (WAVE-FIELD) understanding , the result of NONLOCAL and IMPLICIT influences which cannot be pinpointed of SCAPE-GOATED to particular BEINGS because there are no such things as BEINGS in the QUANTUM LOGIC WAVE-FIELD understanding.

The ONLY OPTION in the case of attributing AUTHORSHIP of BAD events is to identify a VILLAINOUS SCAPE-GOAT which is the BINARY LOGIC COUNTERPART of the HEROIC SCAPE-GOAT in this SIMPLE BINARY LOGIC based rendering of “REALITY” a PSEUDO-REALITY by means of a dumbed down, male asserting/actualizing only LINGUISTIC CONCEPTUALIZATION.

WE WESTERN CULTURE ADHERENTS LIKE OUR SCAPE-GOATS, the implied AUTHORS of events and developments which are far too complex (i.e. being of nonlocal and implicit origin) to be understood in simple BINARY LOGIC LOCAL AUTHORING TERMS but when it comes to those REVILED AUTHORS OF DESTRUCTIVE ACTIONS AND DEVELOPMENTS; i.e. purported authors of events and developments which are far too complex (i.e. being of nonlocal and implicit origin) to be understood in simple BINARY LOGIC LOCAL AUTHORING TERMS.

IN ALL CASES THE SO-CALLED LOCAL AUTHORS OF PHYSICAL EVENTS AND DEVELOPMENTS ARE SCAPE-GOATS that SUBSTITUTE for the LESS SIMPLE NONLOCAL and IMPLICIT ORIGIN OF EVENTS AS IN THE QUANTUM LOGIC WAVE-FIELD DYNAMIC.   PEOPLE WHO ARE THE RECIPIENTS OF ACCLAIM AND REWARDS FOR THEIR PURPORTED LOCAL AUTHORING OF GOOD ACTIONS AND DEVELOPMENTS ARE HAPPY TO SUPPORT THIS SCAPE-GOATING AND THIS SUPPORT FOR THE SCAPE GOATING SCHEME KEEPS UP PUBLIC SUPPORT FOR IT, OF COURSE THE INDIVIDUAL IS AT THE MERCY OF ITS OVER-SIMPLIFICATION of far more complex RELATIONAL WAVE-FIELD DYNAMICS wherein there is no such thing as LOCAL AUTHORING.

LEADERS ARE SCAPE-GOATED WITH AUTHORING CREDITS for COMPLEX DEVELOPMENTS OF NONLOCAL ORIGIN and this can be GOOD or BAD.  For example, for MUSSOLINI, he was happy to go along with being credited with AUTHORING GOOD DEVELOPMENTS but when those projects TURNED BAD, this simple abstraction of BEING based AUTHORING led to his being HUNG in PUBLIC by the same crowds that had SCAPE-GOATED HIM in a POSITIVE SENSE of BEING THE AUTHOR of GOOD DEVELOPMENTS.

The world of our sense experience is one of our INCLUSION in the NONLOCAL and IMPLICIT TRANSFORMING RELATIONAL CONTINUUM aka the ENERGY-CHARGED PLENUM aka the WAVE-FIELD and WESTERN CULTURE SCREWS UP by way of THE DUMBING DOWN OF LINGUISTIC CONCEPTUALIZATIONS BY EMPLOYING BINARY LOGIC rather than QUANTUM LOGIC IN LINGUISTIC CONCEPTUALIZING.

What this DUMBING DOWN involves is what we WESTERN CULTURE ADHERENTS commonly call SCAPE-GOATING, the practice of attributing ACTIONS AND DEVELOPMENTS to HUMAN BEINGS who are NOT IN ACTUAL FACT RESPONSIBLE for AUTHORING the said ACTIONS and DEVELOPMENTS they have been ALLEGED to have AUTHORED.  In my own life experience, when I was taught in school to write a RÉSUMÉ of those ‘personal achievements’ that I was most proud of.  I responded by rejecting the validity of this very concept of LOCAL AUTHORING since my sense-experience was that I was always included within a supporting relational network and so was NEVER the FULL AND SOLE LOCAL AUTHOR of ACTIONS and ACHIEVEMENTS that I could DOCUMENT as “MY OWN’

ONLY LATER DID I SEE THE PROBLEM IN WESTERN CULTURE SOCIAL DYNAMICS COMING FROM THIS ‘LOCAL AUTHORING MISTAKE’ which derives from the DOUBLE ERROR of NAMING and GRAMMAR (as Nietzsche points out) and that we share inclusion in relational dynamics wherein WE ARE THE CONDUITS OF RELATIONAL ACTIONS AND DEVELOPMENTS, rather than, as WESTERN CULTURE GRAMMAR WOULD HAVE IT, INDEPENDENT BEINGS with, notionally, OUR OWN LOCAL POWERS OF AUTHORING ACTIONS AND DEVELOPMENTS.

IT APPEARS as if the EGO has supported the POPULAR WESTERN CULTURE HABIT of LINGUISTIC CONCEPTUALIZING of ‘LOCAL AUTHORING’ (using the DOUBLE ERROR of NAMING and GRAMMAR), while our sense-experience reality is informing us of our inclusion in the all-including transforming relational continuum.

WHILE THE EGO has ‘taken advantage’ of the DOUBLE ERROR based imputing of LOCAL AUTHORING POWER to the ‘HUMAN BEING’ thanks to the ‘DOUBLE ERROR’, this opens up a kind of PANDORA’S BOX of SCAPE-GOATING where one can attribute POSITIVE LOCAL AUTHORING OF ACTIONS and DEVELOPMENTS to particular PEOPLE and/or attributing NEGATIVE ACTIONS and DEVELOPMENTS to particular PEOPLE .

Scape Goat I (negative): — a person who is blamed for the wrongdoings, mistakes, or faults of others, especially for reasons of expediency.

SUCH ATTRIBITIONS OF LOCAL AUTHORING DO NOT EXIST as we live in a world characterized by global interconnectedness and mutual interdependence …”.

Scape Goat II (positive): — a person who is credited with the rightdoings, correct actions and successes of others, especially for reasons of expediency (it is too long and complicated to get into a long spiel on ‘I HAVE STOOD ON THE SHOULDERS OF GIANTS’ etc. etc.)

SCAPE GOAT II, the positive scape goat, is a general case in WESTERN CULTURE where we give positive credit to notional LOCAL AUTHORS of positive actions and developments.  BUT THERE ARE NO “LOCAL AUTHORS” of any sort of actions and developments, that is just the DOUBLE ERROR of NAMING and GRAMMAR, and what is REALLY GOING on is that we share inclusion in the all-including ENERGY-CHARGED PLENUM aka WAVE-FIELD which is NONLOCAL and IMPLICIT.

SO THE ‘SCAPE-GOATING’  PROBLEM IS NOT JUST WITH ATTRIBUTIONS OF “LOCAL” AUTHORING of WRONGDOINGS BUT ALSO WITH ATTRIBUTIONS of “LOCAL AUTHORING” of RIGHTDOINGS., the latter being the UNREAL (there is no such thing as ‘local authoring’)L basis used in WESTERN CULTURE for REWARDING, RECOGNIZING and ASSIGNING POSITIONS OF AUTHORITY.

SCAPE GOATING has become something we WESTERN CULTURE ADHERENTS BELIEVE IN because it is supported by BELIEF in LOCAL AUTHORING of actions and developments, which OBSCURES the real (sense-experience-affirmed) reality of NONLOCAL and IMPLICIT AUTHORING of actions and development as in WAVE-FIELD dynamics. 

This NONLOCAL, IMPLICIT AUTHORING as in WAVE-FIELD DYNAMICS is the UNDERSTANDING THAT IS SUPPORTED IN INDIGENOUS ABORIGINAL CULTURES and in MODERN PHYSICS; i.e. that we live within a relational dynamic wherein we are the CONDUITS of actions and developments though NOT LOCAL AUTHORS operating in a notional ABSOLUTE EMPTY AND INFINITE SPACE.

The MINERS CANARY is not the LOCAL AUTHOR OF HIS ABERRANT BEHAVIOUR, but the sensitive member of the interdependent, interconnected web of relations, when immersed in an ENVIRONMENT MADE TOXIC by relational tensions, is the first to manifest stress.  The less sensitive, in a community or family, may not be responding in the manner needed to RESOLVE rising relational/environmental tensions so that they are contributors to a TOXIC ENVIRONMENT which will become manifest through the most sensitive ‘MINER’S CANARY’ or “INDENTIFIED PATIENTS’.

Identified patient (IP) is a clinical term often used in family therapy discussion. It describes one family member in a dysfunctional family who is used as an expression of the family’s authentic inner conflicts. As a family system is dynamic, the overt symptoms of an identified patient draw attention away from the “elephants in the living room no one can talk about” which need to be discussed. If covert abuse occurs between family members, the overt symptoms can draw attention away from the perpetrators.

The identified patient is a kind of diversion and a kind of scapegoat. Often a child, this is “the split-off false carrier of a breakdown in the entire family system,” which may be a transgenerational disturbance or trauma.[1] While the idea has been branched into meanings far beyond Jung’s original understanding, some modern authors continue to use the term in reference to focus point of an accusing family who all suffer mental illness, rather than the individual the family identifies as mentally ill – positing that the IP may actually be the least troubled member of a dysfunctional family nexus –Wikipedia

We have seen this same general geometry of the IDENTIFIED PATIENT in the MINER’S CANARY and SCAPE-GOAT phenomena and IT IS A REMINDER THAT BEHAVIOURS COMING THROUGH THE INDIVIDUAL-AS-CONDUIT DO NOT ORIGINATE WITHIN THE INDIVIDUAL-AS-INDEPENDENT-BEING; i.e. TOXIC ENVIRONMENTS ARE REAL in which case we must be alert to the error of SIMPLY blaming those HOLDING THE SMOKING GUN TOXIC ENVIRONMENTS BREW UP VIOLENCE which, while it CHANNELS through indivduals, DERIVES “NOT FROM THE INDIVDUAL” BUT FROM THE TOXIC ENVIRONMENT, which is why the needed REMEDY may be the HEALING CIRCLE which can drain off the TOXICITY in the environment.  COMPARE THIS TO THE WESTERN CULTURE BINARY LOGIC REMEDIAL APPROACH WHICH IS PURIFICATIONIST and orients to the ELIMINATION OF EVIL AUTHORING AGENTS.  The more general case is that those manifests VIOLENCE are CONDUITS and NOT THE AUTHORS of the VIOLENCE that is being expressed through them.

IN OTHER WORDS, WHEN THE SOCIAL COLLECTIVE CULTIVATES A “TOXIC ENVIRONMENT”, what may manifest is the BREAKDOWN of the sensitive “MINER’S CANARY” and IN WESTERN CULTURE ADHERENT INTERPRETATIONS, which feature the notional INDEPENDENCE of each human “BEING”, it is common to SCAPE GOAT the individual with the ‘symptoms’ without acknowledging the ROOT SOURCE of the ABERRANCE which is a TOXIC ENVIRONMENT cultivated by what may be a generally LESS SENSITIVE social collective.

Those who do well in the WESTERN CULTURE RAT-RACE (TOXIC ENVIRONMENT) tend to be SUPPORTERS OF ITS “AS-IS” CONTINUANCE regardless of its DSYFUNCTIONAL NATURE and the TOXIC ENVIRONMENT IT SETS UP (a popular response by the successful is “when the going gets tough, the tough get going”),  This is what Bohm is talking about in his treatise on FRAGMENTATION.  What he is describing is a WESTERN CULTURE SOCIAL DYNAMIC that is growing INCREASINGLY TOXIC, as was also the finding of psychiatrist Ronald Laing in “The Divided Self”, the finding of anthropologist Jules Henry in “Culture Against Man”, and the finding of Ernest Becker expressed in ‘the “Denial of Death”

In other words, WE WESTERN CULTURE ADHERENTS are living in a TOXIC ENVIRONMENT so there is no point in EXAMINING MASS KILLERS or HAMAS OPERATIVES in search of answers BECAUSE THE ANSWERS TO “WHY” the ‘MINER’S CANARY’ ABERRANT BEHAVIOURS, is that they are COMING NOT FROM CRAZY CANARIES but FROM THE TOXICITY IN THE ENVIRONMENT THEY ARE SHARING INCLUSION IN.

HOW TOXIC IS THE ENVIRONMENT THAT IS CURRENTLY BEING CONDITIONED BY ISRAELIS and HAMAS with the backing of allies on both sides?

The SIMPLE BINARY LOGIC NOTION OF GOOD BEINGS AND BAD BEINGS AND THE USE OF MILITARY FORCE TO EXTERMINATE THE BAD BEINGS IS TOO SIMPLE.  The QUANTUM LOGIC UNDERSTANDING that is in terms of BALANCE and IMBALANCE OPENS THE WAY TO UNDERSTANDING IN TERMS of TOXIC ENVIRONMENTS which can induce MASS KILLINGS. 

QUANTUM LOGIC IS THE BOTH/AND LOGIC of the INCLUDING MEDIUM.  This INCLUDING MEDIUM CAN BECOME TOXIC in which case the ABERRANT BEHAVIOURS OF THOSE IN THE TOXIC ENVIRONMENT ARE THE SECONDARY RATHER THAN PRIMARY PROBLEM.  This is a persisting problem amongst those WESTERN CULTURE ADHERENTS that continue to think in the manner of the Abrahamic religions; i.e. on a Judaic/Christian/Islamic BINARY LOGIC (GOOD AND EVIL) BASIS which, in the event of strife, leads to a response of PURIFICATION by ELIMINATING the BAD and PROLIFERATING the GOOD.  SUCH BINARY LOGIC interpretations and remedies are TOO SIMPLE.  As in the following comment by Jill Astbury, the message is that ENVIRONMENTS CAN BE TOXIC as in (and this is simplification but it makes and important point nevertheless) environments dominated by less sensitive males can be toxic to more sensitive females;

Jill Astbury raises questions in regard to the LOCAL AUTHORING assumption in ‘Crazy for You: The Making of Women’s Madness’ in her inquiry into the World Health Organization study showing that women have twice the incidence of ‘affective disorders’ (depression, bipolar disorder etc.) as men.

Astbury makes the point that psychological stress can manifest in an individual experiencing the stress of being in a group of differing others whose sensitivities may be lower and where the group may be cultivating an environment which is highly stressful so that a sensitive minority may manifest problems which are then assumed to be coming from defectiveness rather than sensitivity of a subset of the group. It is EVIDENT that NETANYAHU, with U.S. support, is ‘coming from’ the above mentioned ABRAHAMIC JUDAIC BINARY LOGIC GOOD OR EVIL BEING based LINGUISTIC CONCEPTUALZING SCHEME (as is the miliary wing of HAMAS) and the U.S. in this TOO SIMPLE MINDSET by its having given a FOUNDATIONAL ROLE to the DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE, which establishes a SIMPLE PSEUDO-REALITY wherein an INDEPENDENT NATION or INDEPENDENT GROUP such as HAMAS, is judged to have their own powers of LOCAL AUTHORING of acions and developments, which makes them FULLY and SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for ‘THEIR OWN ACTIONS and DEVELOPMENTS’

BUT THE NOTION OF A TOXIC ENVIRONMENT CO-CULTIVATED BY ITS INHABITANTS IS LESS SIMPLE because it is a QUANTUM LOGIC notion that IS LESS SIMPLE than the SIMPLE ‘INDEPENDENT NATION LINGUISTIC CONCEPTUALIZATION’ which is BINARY LOGIC based.  SO, ALTHOUGH LESS SIMPLE QUANTUM LOGIC OPENS THE WAY TO UNDERSTANDING the BEHAVIOUR of a BEING in terms of the ENVIRONMENT one is included in, that goes beyond the scope of the STRANDARD WESTERN CULTURE VIEW of HUMANS as INDEPENDENT BEINGS with their own POWERS OF LOCAL AUTHORING of ACTIONS AND DEVELOPMENTS that move about in an ABSOLUTE EMPTY SPACE OF INFINITE EXTENT.

WHAT JILL IS ACTUALLY PROTESTING IS THE REFUSAL OF WESTERN CULTURE GENERALLY TO ‘UPGRADE’ FROM THE BINARY LOGIC FOUNDATIONAL STANDARD to the QUANTUM LOGIC FOUNDATIONAL STANDARD (e.g. as would acknowledge a TOXIC ENVIRONMENT and QUIT BLAMING WOMEN for having twice the incidence of  ‘mental illness’ as men)

The thorny issue is, … that the notion of a TOXIC ENVIRONMENT that explains CRAZY BEHAVIOURS in sensitive individuals within the TOXIC ENVIRONMENT takes us beyond the capability limits of BINARY LOGIC where we portray ourselves as INDEPENDENT MATERIAL BEINGS with our own powers of LOCALLY AUTHORING BEHAVIOUR AND DEVELOPMENT.  To say that our behaviours are influenced by TOXIC ENVIRONMENTS invokes a QUANTUM BOTH/AND LOGIC of the INCLUDING MEDIUM relation which is LESS SIMPLE and CONFLICTS WITH THE SIMPLE BINARY LOGIC based WORLDVIEW that is STANDARD IN WESTERN CULTURE LINGUISTIC CONCEPTUALIZING.

ONCE WE ACCEPT JILL’S VIEW, that PEOPLE’S BEHAVIOURS CANNOT BE UNDERSTOOD BY REGARDING THEM AS INDEPENDENT BEINGS IN AN ABSOLUTE EMPTY AND INFINITE SPACE AS IS THE STANDARD WESTERN CULTURE BINARY LOGIC BASED WORLD VIEW, .. AND INSTEAD ACCEPT THAT HUMAN BEHAVIOUR MUST BE UNDERSTOOD IN A WAVE-FIELD SENSE (she doesn’t use this terminology but she uses its principles, that are intuitively grasped), then the NONLOCAL and IMPLICIT INFLUENCE ONE IS INCLUDED IN (TOXIC OR HEALTHY) is the PRIMARY INFLUENCE and the LOCAL and EXPLICIT INFLUENCE of one’s INTERNAL AGENCY is SECONDARY.  In other words, the TOXIC ENVIRONMENT had first priority in shaping the MINER”S CANARY BEHAVIOUR, as was also the QUANTUM LOGIC relation in the IDENTIFIED PATIENT and the SCAPE-GOAT cased.

IN ALL OF THESE EXAMPLES, THE ENVIRONMENT SHOWS UP AS THE PRIMARY INFLUENCE AND THE OCCUPANT SHOWS UP AS SECONDARY and that “IS” the QUANTUM LOGIC RELEATION where the OCCUPANT is a CONDENSATION of the ENERGY-CHARGED PLENUM aka WAVE-FIELD.

WE ARE HEADED TO A SHOWDOWN BETWEEN SUPPORTERS OF TRADITIONAL SIMPLE BINARY LOGIC THINKING (GOOD AND EVIL ETC.) and the increasing number of QUANTUM LOGIC THINKERS as show up in the acknowledgement of TOXIC ENVIRONMENTS which were formerly regarded as EMPTY SPACE (so that the full investigation was directed to the aberrant behaving individual), the TOXIC ENVIRONMENT now seen as having OVER-RIDING INFLUENCE of the OCCUPANTS (e.g. the sensitive miner’s canary aberrant behaviour response to the TOXIC ENVIRONMENT which, if using simple BINARY LOGIC instead of LESS SIMPLE QUANTUM LOGIC,  is MISINTERPRETED by disregarding the ENVIRONMENTAL INFLUENCE and SEARCHING FOR ANSWERS IN THE INTERIOR OF THE CRAZY CANARY or the MASS SHOOTER and finding nothing because that is a case of PUTTING ONE’S INVESTIGATIVE LADDER UP THE WRONG WALL.
