HOW LANGUAGE SHAPES OUR “REALITY”

Sharing this investigation is a tough one.  It is like ripping up and replacing the scaffolding that one is at the same time working on.  That’s how I feel as I use WESTERN CULTURE BINARY LOGIC LINGUISTIC CONCEPTUALIZING SCHEMES to TEAR THEM DOWN while at the same time INTRODUCING MORE COMPETENT QUANTUM LOGIC LINGUISTIC CONCEPTUALIZING SCHEMES.  This is next to, but not quite as difficult as, BITING ONE’S OWN NOSE.

I’m not sure that I can successfully share in advance, in our standard BINARY LOGIC LINGUISTIC rhetoric, the different meaning that comes with QUANTUM LOGIC LINGUISTIC rhetoric, which is where I am going to.  But I can share a view of the CHALLENGE involved.  If I am successful you will come out of this brief two paragraph attempt to explain BINARY UNDERSTANDING relative to QUANTUM understanding, the difference pointing to how the indigenous aboriginals linguistic conceptualizing scheme serves up a sense of reality … versus how the WESTERN CULTURE linguistic conceptualizing scheme impacts our WESTERN CULTURE sense of reality.

When the rapist murderer returns from his escapade into the heart of the native community, the social collective, aware of what has happened, is gathered together to probe HOW THE COMMUNITY COULD HAVE ALLOWED TENSIONS IN THE SOCIAL-RELATIONAL WEB TO BUILD TO THE POINT THAT THIS VIOLENT TENSION-DRIVEN ACTION RESULTED. In indigenous aboriginal culture, as in MODERN PHYSICS, it is always the NONLOCAL and IMPLICIT that is the source of the LOCAL and EXPLICIT so that there is NO POSSIBILITY of understanding and resolving the SOURCE of the VIOLENCE on the basis of the SIMPLE LOCAL and EXPLICIT PERPETRATOR-VICTIM MODEL when the origin is instead NONLOCAL and IMPLICIT so that the remedial action is to RESOLVE the NONLOCAL, IMPLICIT (relational) TENSIONS in the social matrix that VENT through the individual ‘holding the smoking gun’ BUT IN NO WAY ORIGINATE from within that person.   

The indigeous aboriginal community undestands that the person holding the smoking gun is the VENT for the release of TENSIONS that have been allowed to develop within the relational social matrix aka community, THEREFORE the needed REMEDY is by way of convening a HEALING CIRCLE to resolve those tensions and NOT to MIS-IDENTIFY the LOCAL, EXPLICIT “holder of the smoking gun” as the SOURCE of the violence when he/she is merely the CONDUIT for VENTING TENSIONS that develop and build within the relational matrix of community. 

This is the QUANTUM LOGIC view.  QUANTUM LOGIC is the BOTH/AND LOGIC of the INCLUDING MEDIUM which can be described by comparison to a WHORLING IN THE FLOWING of a stream or tidal current.  There are WHORLINGS is the RELATIONAL SOCIAL DYNAMIC akin to the WHORLINGS we call HURRICANES, which are LOCAL, EXPLICIT “VENTS” for energy that is of a NONLOCAL and IMPLICIT origin.  Similarly, there is no point in seeking to ELIMINATE the LOCAL, EXPLICIT VENT of NONLOCAL and IMPLICIT (relational) buildups of energy, nowever, that is exactly what WESTERN CULTURE PURIFICATIONIST JUSTICE does, based on the notion that the AUTHOR of VIOLENCE is an INDEPENDENT BEING, notionally with ITS OWN POWERS OF AUTHORING ACTIONS and DEVELOPMENTS as it moves about and interacts in a NOTIONAL ABSOLUTE EMPTY AND INFINITE CONTAINING SPACE, and which MUST BE ELIMINATED if identified as the LOCAL AUTHOR of VIOLENT ACTIONS.

In the indigenous aboriginal understanding, which is affirmed also by MODERN PHYSICS, the SOURCING ENERGY is always NONLOCAL and IMPLICIT (relational) and there are no such things as BEINGS that can be given a BINARY LOGIC “BEING” based classification of EITHER good OR  bad.  In the indigenous aboriginal understanding EVERYTHING IS RELATED (the world is a relational web-of-life world that can be described as a WAVE-FIELD wherein CONDENSATIONS of the WAVE-FIELD manifest as MATERIAL FORMS which are  NOT separate and independent (NOT LOCAL and EXPLICIT) but CONDENSATIONS included in the NONLOCAL and IMPLICIT TRANSFORMING RELATIONAL CONTINUUM aka WAVE-FIELD.

In the relational world view of the WAVE-FIELD, there are NO BEINGS which can be EITHER good OR bad but there are, as Heraclitus pointed out, RELATIONAL periods of LOVE and STRIFE as given by QUANTUM BOTH/AND LOGIC which, being relational rather than BEING based, manifest as RESONANCE and DISSONANCE (there are no BINARY LOGIC LOCAL and EXPLICIT BEINGS that are EITHER good OR bad).

CONTINUING … HOW LANGUAGE SHAPES OUR “REALITY y.

To share an example of the difference in BINARY and QUANTUM LOGIC as it impacts within our WESTERN CULTURE linguistic conceptualizing, … suppose we want to go from speaking in BINARY LOGIC terms such as the LOCAL and EXPLICIT “THE TOWN IS GROWING”, where we can speak in the LOCAL and EXPLICIT terms of the additions of streets and avenues and the construction of City Hall, police and fire stations and sports arenas, … to instead speaking in the QUANTUM LOGIC terms of the NONLOCAL and IMPLICIT transforming of the VIRGIN LANDSCAPE wherein the WILDERNESS is SHRINKING in conjugate relation to the GROWTH of the TOWN.

NOTA BENE:  When we begin with the NONLOCAL and IMPLICIT TRANSFORMING LANDSCAPE wherein we visualize the GROWING of the LOCAL and EXPLICIT TOWN, we see that the TOWNING is INCLUDED in the NONLOCAL and IMPLICIT TRANSFORMING LANDSCAPE as understood with the BOTH/AND LOGIC of the INCLUDING MEDIUM.

BUT WESTERN CULTURE is NOT in the habit of PLAYING WITH A FULL DECK when it comes to LINGUISTIC CONCEPTUALIZING; i.e. there is a strong tendency to DROP OUT the FEMALE ACCOMMODATING/ENABLING conceptualizing component and describe things in one-sided MALE ASSERTING/ACTUALIZING terms such as THE TOWN IS GROWING… WITHOUT MENTIONING… the conjugate SHRINKING of WILDERNESS which TOGETHER with the GROWING of the TOWN imparts the understanding of the TRANSFORMING of the LANDSCAPE.

As WESTERN CULTURE ADHERENTS, we have all seen and heard the LAND DEVELOPMENT PROPOSALS which give short shrift to the CONJUGATE REDUCTION of WILDERNESS, and generally IGNORE the associated NONLOCAL and IMPLICIT TRANSFORMATION of the OVERALL LANDSCAPE.

This leads to PROBLEMS ON THE SCALE OF WESTERN CULTURE which are addressed in the TWO FOLLOWING NOTES which PIVOT from the current U.S. Election activity and associated thinking.

Here goes;

The world we live in is naturally caring on the ‘ground level’ and by this I mean WITHIN NATURAL FAMILIIES and friendly groups of people.

THEN THERE ARE THE ‘GOVERNING SYSTEMS’ and here things differ between WESTERN CULTURES and indigenous aboriginals.

MODERN PHYSICS agrees with indigenous aboriginal that everything is related (mitakuye oyasin) because material forms are condensations of the all-including energy-charged plenum (wave-field) in which material forms are condensations.  This means that everything is related because all material forms are condensations of the all-including wave-field.  This has been shown to be the case, .. BUT WAIT A MINUTE!  OUR WESTERN CULTURE LANGUAGE HAS BEEN BUILT WITH A BINARY LOGIC FOUNDATION where we impute INDEPENDENT BEING TO MATERIAL FORMS THAT WE ARE NOW SAYING “ARE ALL RELATED”, as just mentioned.

BINARY LOGIC is “A TOO SIMPLE ABSTRACTION” that is used to imply the INDEPENDENCE of relational forms in the transforming relational continuum (the overall energy-charged plenum populated by condensations).  These relational forms ARE INTERCONNECTED and INTERDEPENDENT as is the nature of condensations of the all-including wave-field in the wave-field, in the same sense that WHORLINGS in fluid FLOWING are INTERCONNECTED and INTERDEPENDENT.

As individuals, we may FEEL this interconnection and interdependence, and if we were indigenous aboriginals, we would have a society and culture that ‘tries to behave’ according to this understanding, although people do quarrel.  But at the bottom of it, the traditions of HEALING CIRCLES acknowledge that ALL THINGS ARE RELATED (mitakuye oyasin) in which case, indigenous aboriginals DO NOT ASSUME THAT THE PERSON WHO DOES THE STEALING, MURDERING and RAPING is the SOURCE of this violence, but instead assumes, that what is going on is RELATIONAL DISSONANCE that develops within the WEB-OF-LIFE aka the INTERCONNECTED and INTERDEPENDENT relational matrix of ‘condensations’, aka people (two-leggeds) and other material condensation forms (four-leggeds, winged and crawly ones.

Our overall well-being depends on our respect and support for harmony and balance in this overall relational (interconnected and interdependent) reality, as is built into the customs of the indigenous aboriginals, and while there may be outbursts of relational dissonance which may be very violent and lethal, … the basic belief persists that ‘mitakuye oyasin’ … ‘we are all related’ so that the basic remedy is the RESTORING of relational resonance (resolving of relational dissonance) … AND NOT AS IN WESTERN CULTURE where the belief is in INDEPENDENT BEINGS, to ELIMINATE the BAD BEINGS SO THAT SOCIETY; I.E. THE COLLECTION OF INDEPENDENT BEINGS, WILL ACHIEVE PEACE through PURIFICATION where the traget to aim for is to retain ONLY GOOD BEINGS.

This BINARY LOGIC ABSTRACT GOAL is just that; INTELLECTUAL ABSTRACTION,  and it is CRAZY to build a social dynamic on this BEING-based purificationist premise, but it is COMMON in WESTERN CULTURE because it has been the BELIEF propagated, together with less abstract, more sense-experience accordant things, by the three ABRAHAMIC RELIGIONS of JUDAISM, CHRISTIANITY and ISLAM.  This is not a DEMONIZING of these religions because this review is coming from the QUANTUM LOGIC understanding of MODERN PHYSICS and indigenous aboriginals which is RELATIONAL, where WE ARE ALL RELATED (Interconnected and interdependent as with condensations in the all-including energy-charged plenum aka wave-field) so that the orientation is to cultivating releational resonance rather than pursuing PURIFICATION as where where people are understood as a collection of INDEPENDENT BEINGS that may be EITHER good OR bad.

SO, THE CHALLENGE IS TO RESTORE RELATIONAL BALANCE AND HARMONY WHERE THERE ARE DEVELOPMENTS OF IMBALANCE AND RELATIONAL DISSONANCE; I.E. THE QUANTUM LOGIC ORIENTATION IS ALL ABOUT ‘RELATIONS’ as in MITAKUJYE OYASIN (“ALL MY RELATIONS” or “WE ARE ALL RELATED”).

We can clearly see the ABSENCE of BELIEF that we are all related in WESTERN CULTURE and in particular, currently, in the actions of Netanyahu and what is being called the extremist faction within Judaism, and the extremists are extreme in their belief in INDEPENDENT BEING which, when coupled with the DOUBLE ERROR of NAMING and GRAMMAR based MISTAKEN BELIEF IN “LOCAL AUTHORING” of actions and development (Nietzsche), ATROCITIES such as mass murders may be understood as LOCAL and EXPLICIT and thus having NO ROOTS in the NONLOCAL and IMPLICIT which would BLUR the distinction between PERPETRATOR and VICTIM.

WESTERN CULTURE seems to harbor beliefs that some independent beings are born to be good and to rise above the bad beings in the world, and there is a wide range of variations in how people who believe in INDEPENDENT BEINGS behave with respect to one another.  But as one can imagine, this belief in INDEPENDENT BEING sets that stage for thinking in terms of DIFFERENT STRAINS OF BEINGS, some of which are GOOD and some of which are BAD and some of which are SMART and some of which are STUPID … because the notion of INDEPENDENT BEINGS supports such conjecture, whereas in indigenous aboriginal cultures, as supported by Modern physics, WE ARE ALL RELATED and THERE ARE NO INDEPENDENT BEINGS that can be ASSESSED IN THEIR OWN INDEPENDENT RIGHT since individuals are STRANDS IN THE INTERCONNECTING, INTERDEPENDENT WEB-OF-LIFE.

If a strand in the web appears to EXCEL, indigenous aboriginals understand that this is coming from ALL MY RELATIONS because when one is a strand in the web of life, that is what makes sense.   And if the seemingly stupid and violent person ‘next door’ appears to be the SOURCE OF STRIFE, … it is because he has become a VENT for TENSIONS that BUILD WITHIN THE RELATIONAL MATRIX or WEB-OF-LIFE and the societal response of the indigenous aboriginals to such violence is to convene a HEALING CIRCLE to address the relational tensions that are VENTING THROUGH A PARTICULAR STRAND-IN-THE-WEB; i.e. a particular PERSON, … who is NOT SEEN AS THE SOURCE of the VIOLENCE but as the VENT for TENSIONS that have been building within the social-relational matrix, .. hence the HEALING CIRCLE as the response and NOT, as in WESTERN CULTURE WITH ITS BELIEF IN “INDEPENDENT BEINGS”, the ELIMINATION OF THE (MISTAKENLY) PERCEIVED “LOCAL INDEPENDENT BEING THAT AUTHORED THE VIOLENCE”.

KAMALA is one of many members of our WESTERN CULTURE, like ourselves, who appears LESS BINARY, and in which case she seems to be intuitively orienting to the cultivating of relational harmony, even if it does not extend to the four-leggeds and the winged and crawling ones, … although she may also include them, somewhat, in her ‘governance’ if she is elected.

THE POINT TO REMEMBER is that she is the LEADER of a self-declared “INDEPENDENT STATE” which is part of the MADNESS of our WESTERN CULTURE (the reality is that we are all related) and if elected, she is there to support the people who elected her who are, in the majority, believers in the INDEPENDENCE of the STATE because since early childhood, (we) they have been OBLIGED by their parents and by their society, to SWEAR ALLEGIANCE to THEIR NOTIONAL ‘INDEPENDENT STATE’, and support this myth of INDEPENDENT BEING and its cohort LOCAL AUTHORING, which is part of the WESTERN CULTURE BINARY LOGIC based BELIEF SYSTEM (which is the formal system that we are OBLIGED to SUPPORT even though as individuals, we may have understandings like the indigenous aboriginals that WE ARE ALL RELATED, that are NOT OVER-RIDDEN BY IMAGINARY LINE BOUNDARIES THAT DEFINE SO-CALLED INDEPENDENT STATES).

Ok, but in order to have the PRIVILEGES of CITIZENSHIP, we must SWEAR ALLEGIANCE TO (SWEAR THAT WE BELIEVE IN) the existence of our INDEPENDENT STATE and therefore commit to its SUBOPTIMIZATION where we believe that we can put up walls to improve conditions for those of us who are RECOGNIZED MEMBERS of the INDEPENDENT STATE, which may need to put up STRONG WALLS to keep others out so that it will be possible to SUOPTIMIZE OUR OWN INDEPENDENT STATE and make things better for those of us who are passport holding members, … and NOT BE HELD BACK by other INFERIOR INDEPENDENT BEINGS, this difference underscoring the need for STRONG WALLS without which it would be impossible to SUBOPTIMIZE the conditions for those passport carrying members of the INDEPENDENT STATE. (Of course, there is no such thing as SUBOPTIMIZATION of an imaginary line bounded ‘independent nation’ and the construction of material WALLS is not going to overcome the global INERCONNECTEDNESS and INTERDEPENDENCE that comes with CONDENSATIONS of the all-includin WAVE-FIELD.)

KAMALA is being elected as a believer and supporter of the abstract notion of the INDEPENDENT STATE and we see from WESTERN CULTURE POLITICS that, within this crazy system, there are people called liberals who, even though they support the notion of the independent state, support cooperation with other independent states so that all might prosper together.  Then there are others called conservatives who believe that it is ‘natural’ for some strains of ‘independent beings’ to see themselves as stronger and more capable than many of the others, so that there is a banding together to nurture their own group even if at the expense of other strains, and to do this within the mechanics of suboptimizing the INDEPENDENT NATION.

Insofar as that is their overt intention to ‘go it alone’, they will need stronger walls and more guards to police their system of suboptimization which will not be a friendly and cooperative one like the liberals version but will be operating overtly on the basis of the superiority of their state in a kind of competition with the other independent states instead of a system of cooperation where competition is secondary rather than primary, as with the conservatives.

KAMALA is a better choice in the sense of LESS CRAZY since she has the liberal orientation, but the system she is in is nevertheless a CRAZY SYSTEM and she too will have to work with ‘allies’ like Israel who may have leaders like Netanyahu who could not survive without the HUGE SUPPORT of the POWERFUL organization called the U.S. and its powerful military, which is the way the world works today because the world in general does not believe that we are all related because the WESTERN CULTURE belief is that we are all INDEPENDENT BEINGS whereupon it ‘makes sense’ to pursue SUBOPTIMIZATION of what we consider to be OUR INDEPENDENT GROUP, which is determined by having potential members SWEAR ALLEGIANCE to the notional INDEPENDENT BEING of the NATION and its card-carrying members.

This is just to say, that KAMALA seems like a good choice GIVEN THE CONSTRAINTS WE HAVE IN THE CURRENT SYSTEM where people like KAMALA in positions like LEADERS OF SO-CALLED INDEPENDENT STATES are obliged to commit to the pursuit of the SUBOPTIMIZATION of THEIR INDEPENDENT STATE.   In other words, although the system of notional INDEPENDENT STATES is crazy, it is better to have leaders who can moderate that craziness with natural emotions of compassion, rather than going fully and solely with INTELLECTUAL OBJECTIVES such as unmitigated SUBOPTIMIZATION of the so-called INDEPENDENT STATE, which is a TOTAL CROCK based on the abstraction of BINARY LOGIC.

We need a major transformation that will lead us towards acknowledgement of our INERCONNECTEDNESS AND INTERDEPENDENCE which over-rides all abstract intellectual DECLARATIONS OF INDEPENDENCE.  Modern physics is affirming the understanding of indigenous aboriginals, but the BINARY LOGIC based (GOOD VERSUS EVIL) understandings of JUDAISM, CHRISTIANITY and ISLAM, … are strongly supported by the CONSERVATIVES within these groups who seek to CONSERVE these traditional abstract BINARY LOGIC beliefs such as the belief in the existence of INDEPENDENT BEINGs which may be EITHER ALIVE or DEAD and EITHER GOOD or BAD which is A LONG WAY from the understanding of mitakuye oyasin and the Modern physics understanding that WE ARE ALL RELATED by virtue of all being CONDENSATIONS of the ALL-INCLUDING ENERGY-CHARGED PLENUM aka WAVE-FIELD.

PART II: POSTSCRIPT to my earlier note, PART I.

In distinguishing between indigenous aboriginals and their belief that WE ARE ALL RELATED which agrees with MODERN (QUANTUM) PHYSICS where all material forms are CONDENSATIONS of the ALL-INCLUDING ENERGY-CHARGED PLENUM aka the WAVE-FIELD, … and us WESTERN CULTURE ADHERENTS and our belief that WE ARE INDEPENDENT; i.e. our NATIONS are INDEPENDENT and our individual human “BEING” is INDEPENDENT and that, as independent beings, we move about and interact within an ABSOLUTE EMPTY AND INFINITE SPACE.

The indigenous aboriginal and MODERN physics understanding that ‘we are all related’ (i.e. we are all condensations of the ONE, ALL-INCLUDING ENERGY-CHARGED PLENUM aka WAVE-FIELD) has been intuited in EARLY TIMES and is captured in aphorisms like TO EVERY THING THERE IS A SEASON and TIME TO EVERY PURPOSE which is saying that we have a relationship with the world we live in AND IT IS NO JUST US IN EMPTY SPACE, and this implies the QUANTUM (BOTH/AND) LOGIC relation wherein we, as material forms, as INCLUSIONS (CONDENSATIONS) in the all-including energy-charged PLENUM aka wave-field.   In this case, as Modern physics points out, THERE ARE NO ‘INDEPENDENT BEINGS THAT MOVE ABOUT AND INTERACT WITHIN AN ABSOLUTE EMPTY AND INFINITE SPACE,… HOWEVER, ..

Our WESTERN CULTURE LINGUISTIC CONCEPTUALIZING SCHEME persists in using that BINARY LOGIC CONSTRUCTION, which separates the notional BEING based material forms (instantiated by NAMING) that purportedly “move about” in an ABSOLUTE EMPTY SPACE from that EMPTY SPACE (implied by using GRAMMAR to assign FULL AND SOLE POWERS OF MOVEMENT AND ACTION to the NAMING INSTANTIATED MATERIAL BEINGS with GRAMMAR GIVEN powers of motion and interaction.

We WESTERN CULTURE ADHERENTS use this BINARY LOGIC CONSTRUCTION all the time, to portray REALITY (i.e. a BINARY LOGIC pseudo-reality) so that we are solely focused on the MESSAGE IT CONVEYS however incomplete AND IT “IS INCOMPLETE” in the following aspect, SINCE SPACE IS EMPTY, the only possible source of action and interaction must derive from the MATERIAL CONDENSATIONS in the EMPTY SPACE.  In using this language in its pure BINARY LOGIC form where we must EXPLAIN ALL ACTIONS AND INTERACTIONS AS IF SOURCED BY THE MATERIAL FORMS IN THE EMPTY SPACE, we must give FULL AND SOLE ATTRIBUTION TO THE MALE ASSERTING/ACTUALIZING wave-field conjugate so, for example, when one man punches another man and fractures his skull, the fracture may have come about MORE because the recipient of the punch has AN EGG-SHELL THIN SKULL which means that the FEMALE ACCOMODATING/ENABLING wave-field conjugate HAS MORE INFLUENCE on what transpires; i.e. the shattering of the skull.

BUT! … WESTERN CULTURE LINGUISTIC CONCEPTUALIZING IS BINARY LOGIC BASED AND THIS CONSTRAINS THE CONCEPTUALIZATION TO MATERIAL BODIES AND THEIR INTERACTIONS AS IF IN AN EMPTY SPACE, … so that this WESTERN CULTURE BINARY LOGIC LANGUAGE IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR CONVEYING THE UNDERSTANDING THAT “WHAT LOOKS LIKE ACTIONS AND DEVELOPMENTS BEING AUTHORED BY MALE ASSERTING/ACTUALIZING TRANSMISSION … ARE INSTEAD CO-AUTHORED BY FEMALE ACCOMMODATING/ENABLING CONJUGATE RECEPTION as is basic to the wave-field dynamics of our sense-experience reality as is the traditional understanding of indigenous aboriginals and as has been reaffirmed by MODERN PHYSICS

BUT GUESS WHAT!  OUR WESTERN CULTURE LANGUAGE, AS WE COMMONLY USE IT, IS BINARY LOGIC BASED so that our LINGUISTIC CONCEPTUALIZATIONS feature only a MALE ASSERTING/ACTUALIZING component as if there is no FEMALE ACCOMMODATING/ENABLING conjugate (and THUS NO WAVE-FIELD, but ONLY SIMPLE MECHANICS IN EMPTY SPACE).  When we WESTERN CULTURE ADHERENTS talk about things, WE DROP OUT THE FEMALE ACCOMMODATING/ENABLING conjugate (as in the EGG-SHELL SKULL example) GIVING FULL AND SOLE AUTHORSHIP CREDIT TO ONLY THE MALE ASSERTING/ACTUALIZING wave-field conjugate.

THE MISSING FEMALE ACCOMMODATING/ENABLING CONJUGATE has been called the DEA ABSCONDITA (the GODDESS IN HIDING)..

WE HAVE TO DISTINGUISH HERE BETWEEN OUR COMMON WESTERN CULTURE LANGUAGE USAGE …. VERSUS… OUR LANGUAGE CAPABILITY because, as we know, our language is capable of utterances such as “TO EVERYTHING THERE IS A SEASON AND A TIME TO EVERY PURPOSE”, … which illustrates the COMBINATION of our MALE ASSERTING/ACTUALIZING capabilities … AND… the FEMALE ACCOMMODATING/ENABLING quality of the WORLD (energy-charged plenum) that we are situationally including in.
