The EQUIVALENCE of WAVE-FIELD theory … TO… TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE
Over the course of more than twenty years of pursuing philosophical investigations into WAVE PHYSICS, initially as a GEOPHYSICIST and later opening up the investigation to SYSTEMS SCIENCE, many understandings from various FIELDS OF INQUIRY have “COME TOGETHER” which has LED ME TO A COGNITIVE CONNECTING (EQUIVALENCING) of WAVE-FIELD theory … TO… TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE, and through this CONNECTION to a DEEPER UNDERSTANDING of WESTERN CULTURE SOCIAL DYSFUNCTION (due to the WESTERN CULTURE DROPPING OUT of the FEMALE ACCOMMODATING/ENABLING conjugate and EMPLOYING the INCOMPLETE MALE ASSERTING/ACTUALIZING conjugate “ON ITS OWN”).
HOW DOES ONE SHARE SUCH FINDINGS? (they straddle different disciplines including those of EAST (and indigenous aboriginal BOTH/AND LOGIC of the INCLUDING MEDIUM) AND WEST (mechanistic EITHER/OR LOGIC of the EXCLUDED MEDIUM) concepts. The distinction between these EASTERN and WESTERN LINGUISTIC CONCEPTUALIZING FRAMEWORKS manifests in the difference in our linguistic conceptualizing schemes where we WESTERN CULTURE ADHERENTS give the FOUNDATIONAL ROLE to simple BINARY EITHER/OR LOGIC of the EXCLUDED MEDIUM where one speaks in such terms as “THE TOWN IS GROWING, DEVELOPING and PRODUCING goods”, … VERSUS … the indigenous aboriginal culture adherents who give the FOUNDATIONAL ROLE to less simple NONBINARY BOTH/AND LOGIC of the INCLUDING MEDIUM where one speaks in such terms as “There is TOWNING in the TRANSFORMING LANDSCAPE”.
This DIFFERENCE relates to the WAVE-FIELD structure of our reality; i.e. in the first example, this language captures the PEAK but NOT THE TROUGH; i.e. the MALE ASSERTING/ACTUALIZING PEAK but NOT THE FEMALE ACCOMMODATING/ENABLING TROUGH, … while the latter example (the indigenous aboriginal linguistic conceptualizing approach) INCLUDES BOTH PEAK AND TROUGH. In terms of LOGIC, the first example “THE TOWN IS GROWING, DEVELOPING and PRODUCING goods” is SIMPLER in that it is grounded in BINARY EITHER/OR LOGIC of the EXCLUDED MEDIUM, while the example “THERE IS TOWNING IN THE TRANSFORMING LANDSCAPE” is LESS SIMPLE in that it is grounded in NONBINARY BOTH/AND LOGIC of the INCLUDING MEDIUM.
ONE THING IS CLEAR, the FORMER BINARY EITHER/OR LOGIC OF THE EXCLUDED MEDIUM based LINGUISTIC CONCEPTUALIZATION is dependent on BEING based things-in-themselves called TOWNS while the LATTER NONBINARY BOTH/AND LOGIC of the INCLUDINGMEDIUM based LINGUISTIC CONCEPTUALIZING has “NO DEPENDENCY on BEING-based things-in-themselves” and implies that EVERYTHING IS IN FLUX including the TOWNING in the TRANSFORMING LANDSCAPE.

The EQUIVALENCE of investigations in Modern Physics … AND… Traditional Chinese Medicine becomes EVIDENT when we consider the fact that in physics, we are dealing with the CONJUGATE RELATION of the NONLOCAL and IMPLICIT with the LOCAL and EXPLICIT where the “LOCAL and EXPLICIT”, as Schroedinger points out, is SCHAUMKOMMEN (APPEARANCE; i.e. the LOCAL and EXPLICIT is NOT PHYSICALLY REAL; THERE IS NO ‘TOWN THAT GROWS, DEVELOPS and PRODUCES goods’, … there is only the TRANSFORMING RELATIONAL CONTINUUM wherein “EVERYTHING IS IN FLUX” and wherein “TOWNING” is an aspect of the “APPEARANCE” but DECIDEDLY NOT “A LOCAL, EXPLICIT THING-IN-ITSELF” as OUR WESTERN CULTURE LINGUISTIC CONCEPTUALZING SCHEME MAKES IT OUT TO BE.
STILL, AS WRONG AS IT IS, “IT WORKS AS A SCHEME FOR SHARING “SOMETHING”…. THAT CAN “PUT US ON THE SAME PAGE”. In OTHER WORDS, we KNOW that when THE TOWN GROWS, there is ALSO, INEVITABLY, A CONJUGATE SHRINKING OF WILDERNESS in which case WHAT IS “REALLY GOING ON” (as affirmed by our SENSE-EXPERIENCE rather than our INTELLECTUAL LINGUISTIC CONCEPTUALIZINGS) IS TRANSFORMING of the LANDSCAPE.
SO, IS IT NOT TRUE THAT THE ‘TOWN IS GROWING”?
YES, IT IS TRUE but as Goedel’s Theorem informs us, ALL FINITE LOGICAL PROPOSITIONS ARE INCOMPLETE, … which means that WHILE THE PROPOSITION IS LOGICALLY “TRUE” THAT THE TOWN IS GROWING, IT IS “INCOMPLETE” because it FAILS TO MENTION that what is ALSO PHYSICALLY REAL (which ‘trumps’ logically true), … IS THE CONJUGATE SHRINKING OF WILDERNESS AND THUS WHEN ACKNOWLEDGED, THE TRANSFORMING OF THE LANDSCAPE.

HERE, WE ARE AT A PIVOTAL POINT AS TO THE UNDERSTANDING WE ARE BUILDING WITH OUR CHOICE OF LINGUISTIC CONCEPTUALIZING SCHEME AND WHAT I WOULD LIKE TO DRAW ATTENTION TO IS “THE REALITY OF BALANCE” WHICH HAS BEEN MISTAKENLY “DROPPED OUT” OF ITS NEEDED FOUNDATIONAL ROLE IN OUR WESTERN CULTURE LINGUISTIC CONCEPTUALIZING SCHEME BY THE MISTAKEN PUTTING INTO PRECEDENCE OF THE “PATHOGEN” CONCEPT.
IT SEEMS TIME TO TAKE ANOTHER LOOK AT THE IMPLICATIONS OF HOW BÉCHAMP WAS CORRECT AND PASTEUR WAS WRONG.
In going with Béchamp, medicine is primarily oriented to restoring balance (as with RESTORATIVE JUSTICE) rather than adopting an ANTI-PATHOGEN orientation as with the WESTERN CULTURE MEDICINE understanding established by Pasteur. To borrow from Google AI,
“Antoine Béchamp’s famous maxim, “Le microbe n’est rien, le terrain est tout” (The microbe is nothing, the terrain is everything), means that the presence of a germ (microbe) is not sufficient to cause disease; rather, the internal environment (terrain) of the host determines whether that germ will thrive and cause illness. Béchamp argued that if the body’s internal environment is healthy—balanced, nourished, and free from toxicity—microbes cannot cause disease. “
Thus, the label PATHOGEN puts the cart before the horse; i.e. imbalance in food supply induces rebalancing whereby, in WESTERN CULTURE, we then label the REBALANCING AGENTS ‘THIEVES” (i.e. PATHOGENS)
If we keep the TERRAIN “IN BALANCE”, there are no PATHOGENS, but if the TERRAIN gets OUT OF BALANCE, we have PATHOGENS COMING OUT OF THE WOODWORK; i.e. LE TERRAIN EST TOUT.
In WESTERN MEDICINE, we started off identifying the microbe C.DIFFICILE as a PATHOGEN responsible for deadly, often uncurable cases of COLITIS (consistent with Pasteur’s germ theory ) but later discovered that what was needed was a restoring of balance in the microbial assemblage, as could be achieved with FECAL MICROBIOTA TRANSPLANT;
Fecal Microbiota Transplantation (FMT) is a highly effective procedure (80-90% success rate) that transfers stool from a healthy, screened donor into a patient’s colon to restore balance in gut flora. Primarily used to treat recurrent Clostridioides difficile (C. diff) infection, it is delivered via colonoscopy, enema, or capsules. It is often used when antibiotics fail.
This successful approach contradicts Pasteur’s “germs are the problem” theory and supports Béchamp’s balanced internal environment theory.

THE MISTAKEN CONCLUSION BY PASTEUR of the PATHOGEN CAUSE OF ILLNESS HAS ‘ECLIPSED’ THE ACTUAL CAUSE OF ILLNESS WHICH IS “IMBALANCE” within the microbial assemblage. NOTE THAT THIS MICROBIAL ASSEMBLAGE IS A BALANCE-BASED COLLECTIVE WITHIN THE GENERAL ‘CLOUD’ OF MICROBIAL FORMS;
The human body is increasingly understood not as a singular, autonomous entity, but as a “metaorganism” or a colony of microbes—a complex, symbiotic community of bacteria, fungi, and viruses that outnumber human cells and heavily influence human physiology. This microbial community, or microbiome, operates as a distributed network, bridging the nonlocal/implicit (the vast, unseen, and interconnected, such as environmental, genetic, and metabolic flows) with the local/explicit (the physical, immediate, and visible, such as specific organs and tissues).
BALANCE IS HEALTH, HEALTH IS BALANCE (i.e. HEALTH is “NOT” FREEDOM FROM PATHOGENS. E.G. Fecal Microbiota Transplantation secures HEALTH through restoring BALANCE in the microbial assemblage, a situation akin to resolving the rise of PATHOGENIC THIEVES in the social collective by RESOLVING extreme rich and poor IMBALANCE rather than by misidentifying REBALANCING AGENTS as PATHOGENS (THIEVES). CLEARLY, the addressing of IMBALANCE in the RICH and POOR division is a more DEEPLY GROUNDED approach than IDENTIFYING AND ELIMINATING “REBALANCING AGENTS” (MIS) IDENTIFIED AS “PATHOGENS”.
HERE WE CAN SEE THE SAME ARGUMENT that “BALANCE” and “IMBALANCE” UNDERLIE the EMERGENCE and PROLIFERATING of SO-CALLED “PATHOGENS” (i.e. as the RICH and POOR “IMBALANCE” GROWS, it sources the PROLIFERATION of BALANCE-RESTORING AGENTS (e.g. “ROBIN HOODS” that develop as part of a “NATURAL” RESTORING OF BALANCE tendency). WESTERN CULTURE, because it puts ENTITLEMENT in PRIMACY over BALANCE, has put in place LAWS that PROTECT IMBALANCE and which LABEL BALANCE-RESTORING AGENTS “PATHOGENS”.
THE POINT IS THAT PASTEUR’S TOO SIMPLE ABSTRACT NOTION OF THE ‘PATHOGEN’ HAS, IN WESTERN CULTURE UNDERSTANDING, OBSCURED THE MORE BASIC ISSUE OF ‘IMBALANCE” (described above and restated here for clarity/emphasis);

THIS INJECTION, BY PASTEUR, OF THE ABSTRACT NOTION OF THE “PATHOGEN” IS WHERE THE FOUNDATIONAL ROLE OF BALANCE IS BEING LOST IN WESTERN CULTURE MEDICINE;

The example of FECAL MATTER TRANSPLANTATION has been a reminder that the NEED FOR RESTORING BALANCE in the microbial assemblage is THE MORE BASIC NEED as it is only when IMBALANCE develops that there is a SO-CALLED PROLIFERATION OF PATHOGENS.

In other words, BÉCHAMP’S focus on BALANCE is EQUIVALENT TO the CHINESE UNDERSTANDING where YIN and YANG are fundamentally tied to balance, representing a dynamic, interconnected relationship between opposite forces in nature. They represent complementary opposites—such as rest/activity or cold/heat—that cannot exist without each other and must remain in harmony to ensure wellness and prevent imbalance.
CONCLUSIONS:
THERE IS NO PLACE FOR BINARY EITHER/OR LOGIC OF THE EXCLUDED MEDIUM IN OUR SENSE-EXPERIENCE REALITY which means THERE IS NO PLACE FOR THE CONSERVATIVE – LIBERAL POLARIZING DIVISION.
AS WITH INDIGENOUS ABORIGINAL CULTURE, WHILE THERE IS RELATIONAL DISSONANCE AS THE CONVERSE OF RELATIONAL HARMONY, THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A PATHOGEN (i.e. while the former is based on the less simple BOTH/AND LOGIC of the INCLUDING MEDIUM [energy-charged plenum], the latter is based on the SIMPLE EITHER/OR LOGIC of the EXCLUDED [empty space] MEDIUM).

In the real world our sense-experience, we share inclusion in the TRANSFORMING RELATIONAL CONTINUUM which is given by the NONBINARY BOTH/AND LOGIC of the INCLUDING MEDIUM wherein FIGURE and GROUND are ONE and there are no specific, external germs that are the sole cause of disease and must be eliminated.
As in the case of RICH and POOR IMBALANCE, there are no specific, external thieves that are the sole cause of theft and must be eliminated, and what there is, instead, is IMBALANCE IN THE TERRAIN. The YIN and the YANG cannot exist without each other (THEY ARE BALANCE BASED) and must remain in harmony to ensure wellness/resonance and prevent imbalance/dissonance.
