PREFACE: The ARCHITECTURE of LANGUAGE has been shaped by THREE different ways of CONCEIVING of REALITY which range from SIMPLE through LESS SIMPLE to LEAST SIMPLE which could be called ‘DIFFERENTIATION, INTEGRATION and TRANSFORMATION.  EXAMPLES;

DIFFERENTIATION: ‘the HURRICANE is (male, assertively) STIRRING UP the ATMOSPHERE’,

INTEGRATION: ‘The ATMOSPHERE is (female, inductively) STIRRING UP the HURRICANE’ and,

TRANSFORMATION: ‘SOLAR IRRADIANCE is INDUCING HURRICANING IN THE ATMOSPHERING’.

These three REALITY options have made their way into LANGUAGE ARCHITECTURE which in turn has spawned division into CULTURAL VARIANTS.  The simplest options of DIFFERENTIATION and INTEGRATION support mindsets with POLAR OPPOSITE views we term CONSERVATISM and LIBERALISM.  The Conservative belief is that the world works by way of independent things that ‘assertively stir things up’ in a male-asserting forceful manner.  The Liberal belief is that the world works by way of independent things ‘inductively stirring things up’ in a female-inductive seductive manner.  While we can well picture the POLARIZING FRAGMENTATION of a social collective on the basis of the Conservative – Liberal SPLIT in understanding reality, this leaves out the people of the indigenous aboriginal culture, who encounter STRIFE in a less simple (than binary logic) manner; i.e. in a QUANTUM ‘BOTH/AND’ LOGIC of the INCLUDING medium manner.  In a weather metaphor, we can see all THREE LANGUAGE ARCHITECTURE REALITY PORTRAYING SCHEMES in relational context.

The DIFFERENTIATION scheme corresponds to the HURRICANE which is like a WILD MALE, BREAKING things up into pieces and scattering the pieces.  The INTEGRATION scheme is like the ATMOSPHERE which is a SEDUCTIVE FEMALE who is gathering up and integrating the pieces so the ATMOSPHERE is FEMALE INDUCTIVE and SUCKS or PULLS while the HURRICANE is MALE ASSERTING and BLOWS or PUSHES and these mental models are used as organizing ‘go-bys’ for social collectives, and BOTH seem to have their ‘relative merits’ which sets up interminable polarizing arguments since ‘Conservatives put PUSHING or ENFORCING in first priority while Liberals put PULLING or ENCOURAGING in first priority.   The THIRD and LEAST SIMPLE OPTION takes things to a HIGHER DIMENSION, the metaphor for which is SOLAR IRRADIANCE, the influence-giving LOGIC pervading the all-including energy-charged PLENUM which INCLUDES BOTH ATMOSPHERE GATHERING AND HURRICANE SCATTERING and if we ‘position our viewing selves’ within this all-including SOLAR IRRADIANCE WAVE-FIELD, we are no longer constrained to the BINARY LOGIC options of the Conservative PUSHING (hurricane stirring up the atmosphere) or Liberal PULLING (atmosphere stirring up the hurricane).  In Modern physics, this third level of logical understanding is termed ‘the including third’ (e.g. see ‘Stéphane Lupasco et le tiers inclus. De la physique quantique à l’ontologie’, by Basarab Nicolescu).

The “INCLUDING THIRD” is the WAVE-FIELD within which material forms are CONDENSATIONS as gives rise to QUANTUM LOGIC, the BOTH/AND logic of the INCLUDING medium.  In this QUANTUM LOGIC understanding of reality, which, by the way, is the indigenous aboriginal traditional understanding wherein ‘everything is related’  (mitakuye oyasin) by way of all things being CONDENSATIONS within an all-including WAVE-FIELD aka ‘the GREAT MYSTERY’.

So, LANGUAGE ARCHITECTURES OF ALL THREE TYPES EXIST and have their respective FOLLOWINGS although the WESTERN CULTURE is currently DOMINANT in the world and because it has chosen a BINARY LOGIC based LANGUAGE ARCHITECTURE, it is now in the throes of a POLARIZING FRAGMENTATION wherein roughly half of the WESTERN CULTURE FOLLOWER GROUP embraces the CONSERVATIVE reality understanding where ‘reality works by male pushing’ and the other half embraces the LIBERAL reality understanding where ‘reality works by female pulling’.   WITHOUT some kind of PSYCHOLOGICAL JOLT to get the polarized opposing mindsets UP to the less simple level of the including third where the logic is BOTH/AND rather than EITHER/OR, we remain STUCK with an interminable BINARY LOGIC based STANDOFF of Conservative versus Liberal.

(The STANDOFF is interminable because the reality is less simple than can be explained by EITHER the Conservative view where the HURRICANE  [individual] assertively stirs up the ATMOSPHERE [crowd] OR the Liberal view where the ATMOSPHERE [crowd] inductively stirs up the HURRICANE [individual] in that the less simple reality is that the SOLAR IRRADIANT WAVE-FIELD [ambient tension] is IMMANENT in the TRANSFORMING PLENUM that includes BOTH male asserting AND female accommodating POLAR AGENCIES.)

An IMPORTANT LANGUAGE ARCHITECTURE “ANCHOR” that is BLOCKING our embrace of the BOTH/AND LOGIC of the INCLUDING MEDIUM lies in the LESS SIMPLE structure of DIFFERENTIATION which plays a foundational role in WESTERN CULTURE LANGUAGE ARCHITECTURE as compared to INTEGRATION which plays a foundational role in INDIGENOUS ABORIGINAL ‘BOTH/AND’ language induced thinking.  That is, the language-based use of DIFFERENTIATION imposes BINARY EITHER/OR LOGIC as in ‘that is EITHER part of the TOWN OR part of the LANDSCAPE’ while the language-based use of INTEGRATION imposes QUANTUM BOTH/AND LOGIC as in ‘there is TOWNING in the TRANSFORMING LANDSCAPE’.

Our use of DIFFERENT LANGUAGES based on different ARCHITECTURES thus CONDITIONS the THINKING PATTERNS of our PSYCHE and it is, in WESTERN CULTURE SOCIAL COLLECTIVES, the influence of DIFFERENTIATION by way of BINARY EITHER/OR LOGIC that is satisfying, in a manner akin to planting a simple Cuckoo’s egg in another less simple bird’s nest, a slot that is in need of a LESS SIMPLE fulfilment. In other words, the influence of INTEGRATION is ONE LEVEL LESS SIMPLE in a similar sense to the TOO SIMPLE DIFFERENTIATION based question of whether the HURRICANE assertively stirs up the ATMOSPHERE or whether the ATMOSPHERE inductively stirs up the HURRICANE; i.e. by OPENING OUR MIND to the less simple level of the SOLAR IRRADIANCE FIELD, we upgrade from DIFFERENTIATION to INTEGRATION and thus from EITHER/OR BINARY LOGIC to BOTH/AND QUANTUM LOGIC.  We are in VOYEUR viewing mode when we split our options into whether the HURRICANE assertively forces changes in the ATMOSPHERE or whether the ATMOSPHERE inductively pulls forth HURRICANES.   The VOYEUR IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE EVENTS HE IS IMPOSING JUDGEMENT ON.

In shifting to the LESS SIMPLE QUANTUM LOGIC, the COMPREHENDING MIND IS NO LONGER A VOYEUR BUT IS ‘the included third’ and is thus ONE-WITH-EVERYTHING which is described as follows in the terms of understanding in ADVAITA VEDANTA as shared by Schroedinger, who points out that this thinking in terms where GOD or ‘the GREAT MYSTERY’ is the whole non-visible all-including WAVE-FIELD PLENUM.  The following two quotes from Gnostic and Vedic belief both point to the transcendent “LOGIC of the INCLUDING MEDIUM’ as also in Modern physics, wherein material forms are secondary as in QUANTUM LOGIC (the all-including WAVE-FIELD is primary while material forms [condensations] are secondary) rather than primary as they are in the BINARY LOGIC based duality of ABSOLUTE MATERIAL BEING in ABSOLUTE EMPTINESS.

 

“Again when Jesus saw infants being nursed by their mothers he said, “These infants being suckled are like those entering the Kingdom.” And the disciples asked, “Shall we, then, as little children, enter the Kingdom?” He answered them, “When you make two one, and when you make the inside the outside and the outside the inside, and the above like the below, and when you make the male and female one and the same…then you will enter (the Kingdom).” 

… Jesus said, “What you look forward to has already come, but you do not recognize it…the Kingdom of the Father is spread out on the earth, but men do not see it.”  The Gnostic Gospel of Thomas

… In Christian terminology to say: ‘Hence I am God Almighty’ sounds both blasphemous and lunatic. But please disregard these connotations for the moment and consider whether the above inference is not the closest a biologist can get to proving God and immortality at one stroke.

In itself, the insight is not new. The earliest records to my knowledge date back some 2,500 years or more. From the early great Upanishads the recognition ATHMAN = BRAHMAN (the personal self equals the omnipresent, all-comprehending eternal self) was in Indian thought considered, far from being blasphemous, to represent the quintessence of deepest insight into the happenings of the world. The striving of all the scholars of Vedanta was, after having learnt to pronounce with their lips, really to assimilate in their minds this grandest of all thoughts.

Again, the mystics of many centuries, independently, yet in perfect harmony with each other (somewhat like the particles in an ideal gas) have described, each of them, the unique experience of his or her life in terms that can be condensed in the phrase: DEUS FACTUS SUM (I have become God).

To Western ideology the thought has remained a stranger.  – Erwin Schroedinger, ‘What is LIfe’, ‘Epilogue: On Determinism and Free Will’

 

So, what I have tried to do in this preface is to point out that we have available to us, THREE OPTIONAL FORMS of LANGUAGE ARCHITECTURE for reality construction and that we WESTERN CULTURE ADHERENTS are HUNG UP in a polarizing debate over whether the Conservative (simplest) level is better than the Liberal (next less simple) level or vice versa.  This ongoing polarizing debate is a distraction that blocks accepting the naturally more comprehensive (least simple) third level of reality supported by the LOGIC of the INCLUDING MEDIUM which RESOLVES the POLARIZING DIFFERENCES coming from BINARY LOGIC wherein BOTH the Conservative and Liberal factions consider themselves to be made up of INDEPENDENT BEINGS with their own POWERS OF LOCAL AUTHORING, and differ over whether the local authoring is by way of pushing (male asserting) or by pulling (female accommodating).  There is NO SOLUTION to this Conservative – Liberal polarizing issue since THERE ARE NO INDEPENDENT BEINGS that move about and interact within a notional ABSOLUTE EMPTY SPACE of INFINITE EXTENT, an imaginary realm wherein the unresolvable POLAR Conservative-Liberal CONFLICT and FRAGMENTATION originates.

Instead of empty space populated by absolute material beings, there is a QUANTUM LOGIC all-including WAVE-FIELD with CONDENSATIONS that have no INDEPENDENT BEING, thus the understanding of reality in terms of the all-including WAVE-FIELD PLENUM in which material forms are condensations is a QUANTUM LOGIC LINGUISTIC REALITY that HAS NO EXPOSURE TO THE SIMPLISTIC BINARY LOGIC based CONSERVATIVE VERSUS LIBERAL POLARIZING disagreement.  There is no polarizing disagreement since QUANTUM LOGIC LINGUISTIC REALITY CONSTRUCTIONS are innately LESS SIMPLE than BINARY LOGIC LINGUISTIC REALITY CONSTRUCTIONS in the sense that the INTEGRATION based QUANTUM LOGIC UNDERSTANDING  of the ONE ALL-INCLUDING WAVE-FIELD in which material forms are CONDENSATIONS, is LESS SIMPLE than the DIFFERENTIATION based BINARY LOGIC UNDERSTANDING of the TWO PART MATTER and EMPTY SPACE ONTOLOGY which leads to ambiguity over whether MALE MATERIAL BEINGS assertively fill FEMALE EMPTY HOLES or whether FEMALE EMPTY HOLES induce filling by MALE ASSERTING BEINGS. In the QUANTUM LOGIC world of Modern physics reality, there are no FRAGMENTATIVE BINARY LOGIC based ambiguities as in a choice of POLAR OPPOSITES, there is only BALANCE and IMBALANCE.
