PREFACE:

The reader of this essay, in order to understand it, must keep in mind that there are ISSUES with the LANGUAGE we are using. As David Bohm and others (Lev Vygotsky) have pointed out, the physical make-up of the world we are living in is based the BOTH/AND LOGIC of the INCLUDING MEDIUM where the ALL-INCLUDING MEDIUM is an ENERGY-CHARGED PLENUM within which there are CONDENSATIONS (things such as OURSELVES) where our relationship with the CONTAINING ENERGY-CHARGED PLENUM is like that of WHORLINGS in FLOWING, as given by NONBINARY BOTH/AND LOGIC of the INCLUDING MEDIUM.   While this is consistent with the OLD UNDERSTANDING that “TO EVERYTHING THERE IS A SEASON AND A TIME TO EVERY PURPOSE” which is a REMINDER that we SHARE INCLUSION IN A CONTAINER that is NOT EMPTY but FULL so that OUR ACTIONS ARE NOT SIMPLY OF OUR OWN AUTHORING, but derive from the ANDROGYNOUS combinaton of the currently ACCOMMODATING or DISACCOMMODATING PLENUM … AND… at the same time, FROM OUR OWN ACTIONS AND DEVELOPMENTS.   While we WESTERN CULTURE ADHERENTS are in in the EGO-INFLATING HABIT of claiming that we are the AUTHORS OF OUR OWN ACTIONS, such as FETCHING OYSTERS from Nanoose Bay, as if our POSTIVE MALE ASSERTING/ACTUALIZING DYNAMIC of GATHERING OYSTERS is “THE FULL STORY”, the REALITY is that we will wait WEEKS for a LOW TIDE that opens up easier access to the Oyster beds.   Here we see how our WESTERN CULTURE LINGUISTIC CONCEPTUALIZING SCHEME employs the SIMPLIFICATION of DROPPING OUT MENTION of the PRIMACY of the FEMALE ACCOMMODATING/ENABLING CONJUGATE (the ‘season’ that opense up opportunities for actions on our part, that we SPEAK ABOUT while DROPPING OUT MENTION of the FEMALE ACCOMMODATING/ENABLING opporunity THAT IS A PRIMARY SHAPER OF OUR MALE ASSERTING/ACTUALIZING DYNAMICS.

This WESTERN CULTURE HABIT of DROPPING OUT, in our LINGUISTIC CONCEPTUALIZING SCHEME, ALL MENTION of the EVER-OPERATIVE FEMALE ACCOMMODATING/ENABLING conjugate to our MALE ASSERTING/ACTUALIZING actions and developments  (which is sometimes referred to as THE DEA ABSCONDITA or GODDESS-IN-HIDING), is EGO-INFLATING since it CREDITS MALE ASSERTING/ACTUALIZING for actions that are PREDOMINANTLY INFLUENCED BY FEMALE ACCOMMODATING/ENABLING).  In WESTERN CULTURE, FULL RESPONSIBILITY is given to the AUTHOR OF A PUNCH that SHATTERS THE SKULL of the recipient, REGARDLESS of the fact that the recipient has an EGG-SHELL THIN SKULL.  In WESTERN CULTURE JUSTICE, this is referred to as “TAKING YOUR VICTIMS AS THE COME”.  The point here is that WESTERN CULTURE LINGUISTIC CONCEPTUALIZING has a common habit of DROPPING OUT MENTION of the EVER-PRESENT and PRIMARY INFLUENCING ROLE of the FEMALE ACCOMMODATING/ENABLING influence.  INDIGENOUS ABORIGINAL LANGUAGES ARE FLOW-BASED, AS IS ALSO THE CASE IN MODERN PHYSICS, which means that everything is related (MITAKUYE OYASIN) and there is NO SUCH THING as ONE-SIDED MALE ASSERTING/ACTUALIZING ON ITS OWN; i.e. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS LOCAL AUTHORING because we are living within a TRANSFORMING RELATIONAL CONTINUUM and that is why MODERN PHYSICS supports the indigenous aboriginal understanding that JUSTICE must be RESTORATIVE since “THERE ARE NO LOCAL AUTHORS” of actions and developments.  The person that is a STRAND IN THE WEB of the interconnecting and interdependent social collective, is a CONDUIT for VENTING tensions that build within the social collective AND IS NOT THE “LOCAL AUTHOR” of actions and developments.

THERE ARE NO LOCAL AUTHORS OF ANYTHING in the real world of our SENSE-EXPERIENCE of inclusion in the transforming relational continuum. All actions and developments are of NONLOCAL and IMPLICIT (relational) ORIGIN.  THIS IS THE UNDERSTANDING OF INDIGENOUS ABORIGINALS, TAOISTS/BUDDHISTS and ADVAITA VEDANTA and it is SUPPORTED BY MODERN PHYSICS. This the foundation for RESTORATIVE JUSTICE which follows from the fact that the ORIGN OF EVENTS is NONLOCAL and IMPLICIT while what APPEARS to be LOCAL and and EXPLICIT is, in Schroedinger’s terms, “Schaumkommen” (APPEARANCE)

The WESTERN CULTURE “CONDITIONED” READER may be SO ACCUSTOMED to using LANGUAGE that SUPPORTS the SIMPLIFYING LINGUISTIC CONCEPTUALIZING SCHEME wherein the natural primacy of the FEMALE ACCOMMODATING/ENABLING INFLUENCE of the PLENUM is DROPPED OUT, leading to a LINGUISTIC CONCEPTUALIZING that is based ONE-SIDEDLY on MALE ASSERTING/ACTUALIZING WITH “NO MENTION OF THE INNATE, NATURAL PRIMACY OF THE FEMALE ACCOMMODATING/ENABLING conjugate.  For example, while the FULL REALITY is that THERE IS TOWNING IN THE TRANSFORMING LANDSCAPE, we WESTERN CULTURE ADHERENTS are in the habit of using SIMPLIFICATION that DROPS OUT MENTON OF the natural primacy of the FEMALE ACCOMMODATING/ENABLING (I.E. THE TRANSFORMING LANDSCAPE) and PROMOTES the SECONDARY MALE ASSERTING/ACTUALIZING conjugate TO A MISTAKEN PRIMARY STATUS.

THE COMMENTS IN THIS ESSAY ARE BASED ON THE FULL UNDERSTANDING (MODERN PHYSICS AFFIRMED) WHEREIN MATERIAL ENTITIES ARE CONDENSATIONS OF THE ALL-INCLUDING ENERGY-CHARGED PLENUM which means that ALL CONDENSATIONS are INTERCONNECTED and INTERDEPENDENT, CONSISTENT ALSO WITH INDIGENOUS ABORIGINAL CULTURE UNDERSTANDINGS AND WITH THEIR ‘STRANDS-IN-THE-WEB’ LANGUAGE STRUCTURE.

This means that WESTERN CULTURE LINGUISTIC CONCEPTUALIZING that presents ACTIONS and DEVELOPMENTS as LOCAL AUTHOR BASED is OVER-SIMPLISTIC, UNREAL, and THE SOURCE OF FRAGMENTATION and OBSCURANTISM (as affirmed by Bohm and by Modern physics in general).  GLOBAL SOCIAL DYNAMICS involve INTERCONNECTION and INTERDEPENDENCE, making them NONLOCAL and IMPLICIT (RELATIONAL) and CANNOT BE REDUCED TO SIMPLE TERMS OF THE LOCAL AUTHORING OF ACTIONS AND DEVELOPMENTS ON THE PART OF “QUOTE/UNQUOTE” “INDEPENDENT NATIONS” or “INDEPENDENT INDIVIDUALS” (i.e. we are CONDENSATIONS in a world of INTERCONNECTION and INTERDEPENDENCE which is aptly captured in the indigenous aboriginal “STRANDS IN THE WEB” metaphor.  Since there is NO SUCH THING AS “LOCAL AUTHORING” OF ACTIONS and DEVELOPMENTS, “JUSTICE” must be “RESTORATIVE” as in INDIGENOUS ABORIGINAL, TAOIST/BUDDHIST and ADVAITA VEDANTA CULTURAL TRADITIONS rather than “PUNITIVE” (PURIFICATIONIST) AS IT IS IN WESTERN CULTURE.

Wikipedia Note: Indigenous aboriginal, Taoist/Buddhist and Advaita Vedanta cultures and traditions align far more closely with restorative justice (focused on healing, interconnectedness, and repairing harm) than with strictly retributive or “purificationist” justice (which relies on exclusion, punishment, or ritual cleansing).  [EML note: This difference in conceptualizing JUSTICE is due to the understanding that emergent actions and developments are of NONLOCAL and IMPLICIT (relational) origin [EASTERN view] rather than being of LOCAL and EXPLICIT origin [WESTERN view])

The CONFLICT BETWEEN THE UNITED STATES (CHRISTIAN BINARY EITHER/OR LOGIC BASED UNDERSTANDING IN TERMS OF INDEPENDENT NATIONS THAT ARE THE LOCAL AUTHORS of ACTIONS THAT ARE DEEMED EITHER GOOD OR BAD) … AND…. IRAN (ISLAMIC BINARY EITHER/OR LOGIC BASED UNDERSTANDING IN TERMS OF INDEPENDENT NATIONS THAT ARE THE LOCAL AUTHORS OF ACTIONS that are DEEMED EITHER GOOD OR BAD)…. IS MISUNDERSTANDING THAT IS BLIND to the REALITY of NATIONING (AS VERBS, NOT NOUNS) WHICH ARE INCLUSIONS (CONDENSATIONS) in an ALL-INCLUDING TRANSFORMING RELATIONAL CONTINUUM (THE ENERGY-CHARGED PLENUM) which AFFIRMS the NONLOCAL and IMPLICIT (RELATIONAL) ORIGIN OF THEIR (AND ALL) DYNAMICS.  This calls for RESTORATIVE JUSTICE (due to NONLOCAL and IMPLICIT origin of events) rather than PURIFICATIONIST JUSTICE (based on LOCAL and EXPLICIT AUTHORING).

THE IMPLICATIONS OF MODERN PHYSICS THAT IMPACT THE UNDERSTANDINGS SHARED IN THIS ESSAY: 

CONSIDER the fact that indigenous aboriginals ceremoniously CROSS THE U.S.- CANADIAN BORDER WITHOUT “STOPPING AND CHECKING IN WITH CUSTOMS AND IMMIGRATION” TO DEMONSTRATE their belief in the interconnectedness and interdependence of all things (CONSISTENT WITH MODERN PHYSICS WHEREIN MATERIAL FORMS ARE CONDENSATIONS OF THE ALL-INCLUDING ENERGY-CHARGED PLENUM).

The indigenous people ARE CORRECT IN THEIR STATEMENT SUPPORTING THE INTERCONNECTEDNESS AND INTERDEPENDENCE OF ALL THINGS, … or in other words, … THEY ARE CORRECT IN THEIR UNDERSTANDING THAT WE ALL SHARE INCLUSION IN A TRANSFORMING RELATIONAL CONTINUUM WHEREIN “EVERYTHING IS IN FLUX” (as captured by “MITAKUYE OYASIN”).

WESTERN CULTURE “IMAGINARY LINE BASED DECLARATIONS OF INDEPENDENCE” create the ABSTRACTION of LOCAL, EXPLICIT BEING based ENTITIES such as “INDEPENDENT NATIONS” which is a GREAT MISTAKE that gives WESTERN CULTURE SOCIAL COLLECTIVES THE IMPLIED “RIGHT” TO “DO THEIR OWN THING” AS IF “THEY REALLY WERE INDEPENDENT” by way of simply “DECLARING THEIR INDEPENDENCE”.  This ELEVATING OF TRUST IN LINGUISTIC CONCEPTUALIZATIONS (such as DECLARATIONS OF INDEPENDENCE) so that they TRUMP the understanding coming from our SENSE-EXPERIENCE, US SUSTAINED BY NOTHING OTHER THAN EGOTISTICAL PRIDE TIED TO THE IMAGINARY “BEING” CALLED THE “INDEPENDENT NATION” that is a purely IMAGINARY LINGUISTIC CONCEPTUALIZATION SUPPORTED BY COLLECTIVE COMMITMENT.  This COMMITMENT is based on SECURING THE RIGHTS TO OWNERSHIP OF LAND BY SIMPLE STAKING OUT AN AREA OF LAND AND BACKING UP THE NOTIONAL “OWNERSHIP” OF THE STAKED-OUT AREA WITH MILITARY FORCE.

Indigenous aboriginals are CORRECT in CALLING OUT THE BULLSHIT NATURE OF WESTERN CULTURE IMAGINARY LINE BASED DECLARATIONS OF INDEPENDENCE, but the PERSISTENCE of this CLAIM, RATHER THAN BEING BASED ON SENSE-EXPERIENCE, is BASED ON INTELLECTUAL ABSTRACTION BACKED UP BY MILITARY MIGHT, which has opened up game-play that can be likened to MUSICAL CHAIRS where the DANCE of MILITARY EMPOWERMENT DETERMINES the PURPORTED “BEING” of the “INDEPENDENT NATION”.  For example, consider this HISTORY OF POLAND  The Changing Borders of Poland’.

The CHANGING BORDER OF POLAND is exemplary of how WESTERN CULTURE ACHIEVEMENT OF THE UNNATURAL CONDITION “INDEPENDENCE” IMPOSED ON A WORLD THAT IS NATURALLY INTERCONNECTED AND INTERDEPENDENT (as our SENSE-EXPERIENCE informs us, RIVERS and WINDS and all REAL PHYSICAL DYNAMICS are  NOT GOVERNED BY INTERLLECTUAL AGREEMENTS BASED ON IMAGINARY LINE BOUNDARIES.  That is,   The Changing Borders of Poland’  provides a historical account of MILITARY ACTIONS used to BACK UP CLAIMS OF “OWNERSHIP” OF AN IMAGINARY LINE BASED “PIECE OF PROPERTY” that is, IN SENSE-EXPERIENCE REALITY (which is where the indigenous aboriginals are “coming from”) FULLY INTERCONNECTED AND INTERDEPENDENT with the NONLOCAL and IMPLICIT TRANSFORMING RELATIONAL CONTINUUM.  THAT IS THE REAL (SENSE-EXPERIENCE AFFIRMED) “REALITY” while the POSTULATED DIVISION INTO “INDEPENDENT PARCELS OF LAND” CALLED “INDEPENDENT NATIONS” is ABSTRACTION BASED ON “NOTHING OTHER” THAN INTELLECTUAL ABSTRACTION BACKED UP BY MILIATARY POWER.

The READER may be thinking that to QUESTION this FIRMLY ESTABLISHED AND GLOBALLY IMPLEMENTED PRACTICE, whether or NOT, it ‘makes sense’, is FUTILE because this PRACTICE OF BELIEVING IN INDEPENDENT NATIONS is now LOCKED IN BY IMMENSE “SWITCHING COSTS” (i.e.the human INVESTMENT in this approach, achieved and maintained SIMPLY by MILITARY FORCE IN SPITE OF THE CONFLICTS IT SOURCES such as “SUBOPTIMIZATION”.  The “SYSTEMS SCIENCES” thinkers have used the phrase “THE NAME OF THE DEVIL IS SUBOPTIMIZATION” to point out that WE ARE CRAZY to pursue actions that FALSELY ASSUME THE INDEPENDENCE OF NATIONS WHICH ARE, IN REALITY, INTERCONNECTED AND INTERDEPENDENT as is everything in this world of continuing TRANSFORMATION.

WESTERN CULTURE is a BREEDER of “SUBOPTIMIZATION” based on DECLARATIONS OF INDEPENDENCE which FLY IN THE FACE of the PHYSICAL REALITY wherein EVERYTHING is INTERCONNECTED and INTERDEPENDENT as captured in the indigenous aboriginal aphorism “MITAKUYE OYASIN” (“everything is related”)  which means that “SUBOPTIMIZATION IS A DISASTER” because it is based on THE UNREAL INTELLECTUAL ABSTRACTION OF (DECLARED) “INDEPENDENCE” of INDIVIDUALS and NATIONS which are “INTERCONNECTED AND INTERDEPENDENT CONDENSATIONS WITHIN ONE, ALL INCLUDING ENERGY CHARGED PLENUM. THE PLENUM IS THE CONNECTION BETWEEN ALL OF THE CONDENSATIONS THAT DEVELOP EITHIN IT.  Space is not empty.  It is full, a plenum as opposed to a vacuum, and is the ground for the existence of everything, including ourselves.” (David Bohm).
