WHOEVER IT IS, I HAVE A COMPLAINT: because WE WESTERN CULTURE ADHERENTS ARE BEING STUCK WITH A “TOO-SIMPLE AND UNREALISTIC” BEING-BASED LANGUAGE WHILE INDIGENOUS ABORIGINALS AND MODERN PHYSICS USERS “LUCKED OUT” WITH THEIR POPULARIZED USE OF “LESS SIMPLE AND MORE REALISTIC” VERB-BASED LANGUAGE which addresses the fact that EVERYTHING IS IN FLUX (as Heraclitus correctly observed and Modern physics has affirmed)..
WE WESTERN CULTURE ADHERENTS, BECAUSE OF OUR TOO SIMPLE “BEING-BASED LANGUAGE” ARE CONFRONTED WITH THE ISSUE THAT HERACLITUS ADDRESSED BUT WHICH WESTERN CULTURE, BY FOLLOWING THE SIMPLIFIED “BEING-BASED LANGUAGE” DESIGN OF PARMENIDES, CONTINUES TO SCREW-UPON. THE FACT IS THAT IT IS A SCREW-UP TO GIVE A FOUNDATIONAL ROLE TO “BEING” IN LANGUAGE DESIGN BECAUSE, FOR EXAMPLE, BY ASSIGNING THE “BEING-BASED” NAMES “MOUNTAIN AND VALLEY” to those familiar features, rather than going with VERBS such as MOUNTAINING and VALLEYING, WE OPEN THE DOOR TO STATEMENTS SUCH AS “THE AVALANCHE CRASHED DOWN THE SIDE OF THE MOUNTAIN AND CAME TO REST IN THE VALLEY BELOW”, … THUS OPENING THE CAN OF WORMS THAT “THE MOUNTAIN IS NO LONGER THE SAME MOUNTAIN AND THE VALLEY IS NO LONGER THE SAME VALLEY”.
We recognize in this, Heraclitus’ “EVERYTHING IS IN FLUX” observation; “No man ever steps in the same river twice, for it’s not the same river and he’s not the same man.”
EVERY TIME WE WESTERN CULTURE ADHERENTS USE INCOMPLETE-BECAUSE BEING-BASED LANGUAGE SUCH AS “THE AVALANCHE CRASHED DOWN THE MOUNTAINSIDE”, we are INTRODUCING THE CONFUSION that comes with the INCOMPLETENESS OF ALL MALE ASSERTING/ACTUALIZING PROPOSITIONS WHICH ARE LACKING FEMALE ACCOMMODATING/ENABLING CONJUGATES. There is INCOMPLETENESS in that WHILE OUR POSITIVE (ONE-SIDED MALE ASSERTING/ACTUALIZING) PROPOSITION MAY BE LOGICALLY “TRUE”, it is at the same time “INCOMPLETE”, (and therefore UNREAL) because it is IMPOSSIBLE TO HAVE AN AVALANCHE CRASHING DOWN THE MOUNTAINSIDE AND LODGING IN THE VALLEY WITHOUT LEAVING A HOLE IN THE MOUNTAINSIDE SUCH THAT “THE MOUNTAIN IS NO LONGER THE SAME MOUNTAIN” and SUCH THAT “the VALLEY IS NO LONGER THE SAME VALLEY”. The REALITY is that the LANDSCAPE IS UNDERGOING TRANSFORMATION constituted by a ZERO-SUM GAME of CONJUGATE GIVING and RECEIVING of material.
As Zen scholar Alan Watts has pointed out, there is a problem here, in WESTERN CULTURE, in giving a foundational role to NAMES that imply BEING rather than VERBS that imply FLOWING and thus GIVE DIRECT SUPPORT TO TRANSFORMATION as in the languages of indigenous aborginal cultures. In FLOW-BASED LANGUAGES, by saying “THERE IS TOWNING IN THE TRANSFORMING LANDSCAPE”, we acknowledge that EVERYTHING IS IN FLUX

NOTE: My philosophical investigations are coming from a WAVE-DYNAMICAL PERSPECTIVE and I have habitually tied Goedel’s theorem of incompleteness to the incompleteness in our WESTERN CULTURE LANGUAGE in our dropping out of the FEMALE ACCOMMODATING/ENABLING wave conjugate and our use of the MALE ASSERTING/ACTUALIZING “ON ITS OWN” even through the WAVE-FIELD VIEW of the world would have us understand that there is always a FEMALE ACCOMMODATING/ENABLING that comes together with MALE ASSERTING/ACTUALIZING. For example, if the TOWN authors its own GROWTH, DEVELOPMENT and PRODUCTION (which are MALE ASSERTING/ACTUALIZING ‘conjugates’, which are always, in sense-experience reality, tied up with the FEMALE ACCOMMODATING/ENABLING CONJUGATES such as the SHRINKING of wilderness, the DECLINE of prior DEVELOPMENT, and the CONSUMPTION of that which has been previously PRODUCED. [My removing of references to Goedel’s Incompleteness Theorem is because it is not needed and it may confuse the main train of thought rather than to add support.
BY USING A “BEING” BASED LANGUAGE IN A REALITY WHEREIN EVERYTHING IS IN FLUX, WE ARE INTRODUCING WHAT NIETZSCHE CALLS “THE DOUBLE ERROR OF NAMING AND GRAMMAR” which SIMULATES “UNREAL LOCAL AUTHORING OF ACTION AND DEVELOPMENT” in a world where our SENSE-EXPERIENCE IS INFORMING US THAT EVERYTHING IS INCONTINUING FLUX SO THAT IT IS A MISTAKE TO DESIGN OUR LINGUISTIC CONCEPTUALIZING SCHEME WITH “THE BUILT-IN LOCAL AUTHORING FALSEHOOD”. WE ARE LIVING WITHIN AN ALL-INCLUDING TRANSFORMING RELATIONAL CONTINUUM WHEREIN “EVERYTHING IS IN FLUX” WHEREIN…. THERE IS NO “LOCAL AUTHORING OF ACTIONS AND DEVELOPMENT”.
THAT WE LIVE WITHIN A TRANSFORMING RELATIONAL CONTINUUM IS THE UNDERSTANDING OF MODEN PHYSICS and OF INDIGENOUS ABORIGINALS, TAOISTS AND ADVAITA VEDANTA ADHERENTS, …. BUT, FOR US WESTERN CULTURE ADHERENTS,…WE HAVE CHOSEN TO DEVELOP A LINGUISTIC CONCEPTUALIZING SCHEME THAT SIMPLIFIES AND REDUCES OUR REAL SENSE-EXPERIENCE AFFIRMED REALITY, … TO AN UNREAL INTELLECTUAL ABSTRACTION BASED PSEUDO-REALITY GROUNDED IN THE BINARY LOGIC BASED CONCEPT OF “BEING” THAT SUPPORTS THE BOGUS CONCEPT OF “LOCAL AUTHORING” WHICH WE USE TO CREATE A “FRAGMENTED, BEING-BASED PSEUDO-REALITY”, A BOGUS PSEUDO-REALITY THAT HAS “TAKEN OVER” AND IS NOW SHAPING WESTERN CULTURE IMPRESSIONS OF WHAT WE PURPORT TO BE “REALITY” WHICH IS “NOT REALITY” BUT A FRAGMENTATION BASED SUBSTITUTE PSEUDO-REALITY.
The TEN COMMANDMENTS VERSUS RESTORATIVE JUSTICE
0WESTERN CULTURE HAS A TRADITIONAL ‘ADDICTION’ TO SIMPLE BINARY LOGIC, the EITHER/OR LOGIC of the “EXCLUDED MEDIUM” wherein actions are EITHER RIGHT OR WRONG in which case WESTERN CULTURE JUSTICE is PURIFICATIONIST (i.e. oriented to the ELIMINATION of ALL BEHAVIOURS THAT ARE “WRONG” through the practice of REWARDING and CELEBRATING THOSE WITH “GOOD BEHAVIOURS” and PUNISHING and “DENIGRATING” THOSE WITH BAD BEHAVIOURS.
EASTERN CULTURE and INDIGENOUS ABORIGINALS HAVE A TRADITIONAL ORIENTATION TO LESS SIMPLE NONBINARY BOTH/AND LOGIC OF THE INCLUDED MEDIUM wherein the UNDERSTANDING OF “WHAT AN ACTION IS” DIFFERS FROM WESTERN CULTURE EXCLUDED MEDIUM because of the understanding (AFFIRMED BY MODERN PHYSICS) that EVERYTHING IS INTERCONNECTED AND INTERDEPENDENT. There is a BIG DIFFERENCE HERE in that the UNDERSTANDING is that the ORIGIN of all events is NONLOCAL and IMPLICIT (relational), deriving from the SOCIAL COLLECTIVE and merely MANIFESTING THROUGH an individual seen as a STRAND in the INTERCONNECTING/INTERDEPENDENT WEB. This agrees with MODERN PHYSICS where material forms are CONDENSATIONS of the all-including ENERGY-CHARGED PLENUM wherein there is the same (STRAND IN THE WEB type) INTERDEPENDENCE and INTERCONNECTION between the dynamics of the CONDENSATIONS and the dynamics of the ENERGY-CHARGED PLENUM.
MODERN PHYSICS ”SUPPORTS” THE LESS SIMPLE NONBINARY BOTH/AND LOGIC OF THE INCLUDED MEDIUM e.g. “There is TOWNING in the TRANSFORMING LANDSCAPE”
MODERN PHYSICS “DOES NOT SUPPORT” THE TOO-SIMPLE BINARY EITHER/OR LOGIC OF THE EXCLUDED MEDIUM e.g. “The TOWN is GROWING, DEVELOPING and PRODUCING goods” as if within an ABSOLUTE EMPTY AND INFINITE SPACE

NOTA BENE: In the MODERN PHYSICS understanding of dynamics, EVERYTHING IS INTERCONNECTED AND INTERDEPENDENT AS WITH STRANDS IN A WEB (condensations within the PLENUM) and that is why MODERN PHYSICS supports indigenous aboriginal RESTORATIVE JUSTICE because the AUTHORING AGENCY is NONLOCAL and IMPLICIT (relational). Imagine the multiple participants in a WATER BALLET simulating the opening of a LOTUS BLOSSOM. The authoring source that determines the quality of the opening blossom is the GROUP and there is no FIXED, ABSOLUTE REFERENCE FRAME with which to make JUDGEMENTS ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. ONLY THE GROUP CAN BE JUDGED which is the situation that gives rise to RESTORATIVE JUSTICE.
In physics, it is impossible to isolate and measure each individual’s movements in a group of THREE OR MORE participants who are using one another as references. This is known as ‘the THREE BODY PROBLEM’; i.e. “the impossibility of calculating the individual movements of three or more bodies [strands] moving under one-another’s simultaneous mutual influence”.
