We WESTERN CULTURE ADHERENTS have, for a long time, supported the FALSE NOTION of LOCAL AUTHORING.  Modern physics DEBUNKED “LOCAL AUTHORING” and so did indigenous aboriginals, but WESTERN CULTURE has RETAINED THIS BOGUS NOTION and continues to give it THE FOUNDATIONAL ROLE IN ESTABLISHING “ENTITLEMENT” which IN WESTERN CULTURE is GIVEN PRIORITY over NATURAL SENSE-EXPERIENCE GROUNDED “NEED”.   In WESTERN CULTURE, “ENTITLEMENT” is the basis for progressive INCREASING in the DISPARITY of PAID WAGES between “MANAGEMENT” and “WORKER”, which has risen from 15: 1 in 1970 to 324:1 in 2026.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

WESTERN CULTURE “IS ENFORCING THIS RISING DIFFERENCE IN ASSESSING MANAGER AND WORKER VALUE CONTRIBUTION” ON THE ARBITRARY BASIS OF “ENTITLEMENT” which DIFFERS RADICALLY FROM INDIGENOUS ABORIGINAL CULTURE VALUES; as suggested in the following comparison table;

Western culture and Indigenous/Aboriginal worldviews differ across core dimensions of knowledge, relationship to the land, time, and community.

As David Bohm and others have shown, the Indigenous Aboriginal beliefs are strongly aligned with Modern physics understanding as with the very basic issue of OUR (human) INCLUSION the the world we are ‘looking out at’ rather than regarding the world as a resource base to cannibalize.

What to Bohm had been major breakthroughs in human thought — quantum theory, relativity, his implicate order and rheomode – were part of the everyday life and speech of the Blackfoot, Mic Maq, Cree and Ojibwaj.”

The title of this essay; “WE KNOW WHERE THE GROWTH IN MASS SHOOTINGS IS COMING FROM, BUT WE ARE OBLIGED NOT TO OPENLY STATE IT.” is pointing to the fact that the ADMINISTRATION that we WESTERN CULTURE ADHERENTS are putting in charge of such investigations, is operating on the MISTAKEN BINARY LOGIC based understanding that the source of the problem lies within an alleged PERPETRATOR as in a PERPETRATOR-VICTIM SPLIT.  In reality, we cannot assume the “health” of the social collective and isolate the ‘issue’ as if within the PERPETRATOR.  The more general understanding is the NONBINARY BOTH/AND LOGIC of the INCLUDING MEDIUM based understanding which opens up the possibility that the ENVIRONMENT IS TOXIC as in the example of the Miner’s Canary whose VIOLENT BEHAVIOUR was INDUCED by the TOXIC ENVIRONMENT.  IN this case, the REMEDY is to resolving the TOXICITY in the ENVIRONMENT which may be INVISIBLE to those who have ADAPTED TO THE TOXICITY and who may have become part of the PROBLEM.

For example, the SOURCE of TOXICITY in a community dynamic may derive from STALWART MEMBERS (when the going gets tough, the tough get going).  It has been pointed out that the LESS SENSITIVE, MORE PSYCHOLOGICALLY ROBUST members of a community may co-cultivate a TOXIC ENVIRONMENT that induces PSYCHOSIS in the MORE SENSITIVE but otherwise healthy community members.   Psychiatrist Jill Astbury’s book “Crazy for You: the Making of Women’s Madness” suggested that the most SENSITIVE members in a social collective would be the first to have psychological ‘breakdowns’, not because they “had an illness” but because they were the “MINER’S CANARIES” whose ‘erupting into strange ways of behaving’ was how those who were MORE SENSITIVE TO TOXIC ENVIRONMENTS responded to TOXIC ENVIRONMENTS which went UNDETECTED by the LESS SENSITIVE community members, who may actually have been contributing to the TOXICITY of the environment unawarely, because they “were” LESS SENSITIVE.

Men can sometimes be GROSS and INSENSITIVE even in the presence of others who are MILD and SENSITIVE and if one of the SENSITIVE one’s “can’t take it” and ‘has a breakdown’, it would be more appropriate to identify the COARSE ENVIRONMENT as being ‘what is wrong’ rather than the “SENSITIVE” person ‘falling ill’ or ‘behaving weirdly’ as in the case of the CANARY in the COAL-MINE.   Evidently, there is AMBIGUITY as to whether sensitive people are detecting a social environment that is becoming TOXIC to those who are sensitive although well-tolerated by those who are LESS SENSITIVE.   In this case their sensitivity will show up as a DEFECT rather than be appreciated as an ASSET (sensitive awareness).

This was Jill Astbury’s point in “CRAZY FOR YOU: The making of Women’s Madness.   The actions of MASS SHOOTERS may likewise be induced by what to the MASS SHOOTER is a TOXIC SOCIAL COLLECTIVE.  It seems clear that THIS IS THEIR OPINION, that they (the MASS SHOOTERS) are living in a TOXIC SOCIETY that needs to be ELIMINATED.  In this case, the eliminating or incarcerating of the SHOOTER is NOT A REMEDY, so that hiring more POLICE and making more pre-emptive arrests of suspected MASS SHOOTERS, amounts to PUTTING the REMEDIAL LADDER UP THE WRONG WALL; i.e. the ANSWER is to LOWER or ELIMINATE the ambient TOXICITY of the community because while the less sensitive community members DON’T FEEL THE TOXICITY, the MORE SENSITIVE community members DO FEEL the TOXICITY and THIS IS WHY THEY BECOME “MASS SHOOTERS”.

How AWARENESS LEVELS Impact our UNDERSTANDING

My PICK of PEOPLE who CHARACTERIZE each of the THREE LEVELS of AWARENESS; Chief Seattle (level 1), Barack Obama (level 2), Donald Trump (level 3)

First of all, I will share my way of bringing to mind the three levels of awareness, and follow that up with a standard style description of the three levels.

I think of the three levels of awareness as follows;

 

LOVEL 1 CHIEF SEATTLE AWARENESS:  THE MOST AWARE LEVEL, the CHIEF SEATTLE LEVEL is the awareness of TRANSFORMATION and what comes to mind is walking across a muddy field where our boots sink into the mud leaving holes that quickly fill with water and twigs which are like little ‘planters’ that will soon give rise to mix of grass and weeds, each hole in the mud becoming a distinctly separate ‘garden’ that contributes to the TRANSFORMING of the LANDSCAPE, reminding me that I am INCLUDED within this TRANSFORMING CONTINUUM.

That is one level of AWARENESS that I only get into in a contemplative mood, which is fully realistic but more detailed than the coverage that comes from my more typical and more SUPERFICIAL level of awareness, such as my LEVEL 2 AWARENESS which I am labelling my Barack Obama AWARENESS level

 

LEVEL 2 BARACK OBAMA AWARENESS:  While LEVEL 1 AWARENESS aka my CHIEF SEATTLE AWARENESS LEVEL made me aware of MY INCLUSION IN A TRANSFORMING CONTINUUM, my LEVEL 2 BARACK OBAMA AWARENESS LEVEL (or LIBERAL AWARENESS LEVEL) orients my mind to GROWTH and DEVELOPMENT which is what we WESTERN CULTURE ADHERENTS tend to focus on which is all about OUR ABILITY to IMPROVE our living space while RESPECTING the historical efforts of our grandparents.  The FOCUS on maintaining and improving on the DEVELOPMENTS of our predecessors is VERY DEMANDING and it is fortunate that we have DECLARED THE INDEPENDENCE of our NATION because that means that we can put our PRIMARY FOCUS on OPTIMIZING the continuing development of our INDEPENDENT NATION while respecting that fact that our friends and neighbouring NATIONS are also working to OPTIMIZE the well-being of their NATIONS.

 

LEVEL 3 DONALD TRUMP WARENESS: While LEVEL 2 AWARENESS aka my BARACK OBAMA LIBERAL AWARENESS LEVEL made me aware of the NEED for GROWTH and DEVELOPMENT of my INDEPENDENT NATION, my LEVEL 3 DONALD TRUMP AWARENESS aka CONSERVATIVE AWARENESS OPENED THE WAY TO A “JUST DO IT” APPROACH, DROPPING OUT THE ENCUMBERING and COMPROMISING CONSTRAINT OF HAVING TO COORDINATE WITH PREVIOUS AND ADJACENT DEVELOPMENT, OPENING THE WAY TO CREATING AN ENTIRELY NEW DEVELOPMENT, DIRECTED BY NEW LEADERSHIP AND CREATIVITY, without being obliged to BLEND IN WITH AND BE OTHERWISE COMPROMISED BY PRIOR DESIGNS AND THE NEEDS OF ONE’S ALSO “INDEPENDENT” NEIGHBOURS.  The NEW DESIGN could be conceived of as being constructed within an ABSOLUTE EMPTY AND INFINITE SPACE and thus without COMPROMISE with PRIOR or ADJACENT DEVELOPMENT.

THE ABOVE is a brief reference to the THREE LEVELS OF AWARENESS that we all possess although we DON’T ALWAYS USE THEM ALL and WHAT WE USE is triggered by THE LANGUAGE WE USE because while LEVEL 1 AWARENESS aka CHIEF SEATTLE AWARENESS acknowledges that WE, OURSELVES ARE INCLUDED WITHIN A TRANSFORMING RELATIONAL CONTINUUM, our WESTERN CULTURE LINGUISTIC CONCEPTUALIZING SCHEMES can RE-CAST us as if we were situated within an ABSOLUTE EMPTY AND INFINITE SPACE so that the LANGUAGE we use need only address OURSELVES and OUR IMMEDIATE ACTIONS such as “I WALKED ACROSS THE MUDDY FIELD” which is SOLELY ABOUT US and our MALE ASSERTING/ACTUALIZING dynamics, WITHOUT OUR HAVING TO MENTION the FEMALE ACCOMMODATING/ENABLIGN conjugate, … which includes the OPENING UP OF HOLES IN THE MUD and their filling with water and seeds and becoming POTS for new growth and PART OF A TRANSFORMING CONTINUUM.   Such LEVEL 1 AWARENESS of INCLUSION in the TRANSFORMING CONTINUUM, while it is fully ACCESSIBLE to us WESTERN CULTURE ADHERENTS, has GONE OUT OF STYLE due to our BEING BASED LANGUAGE ARCHITECTURE.   Once one starts using a BEING based LANGUAGE, one can GET AWAY WITH saying things like “I WALKED ACROSS THE MUDDY FIELD” which is TRUE but INCOMPLETE (as Goedel’s Theorem reminds us, if we are paying attention, all finite LOGICAL PROPOSITIONS are INCOMPLETE).
