BINARY LOGIC IS A DEVICE FOR SERVING UP A SIMPLIFIED REPRESENTATION OF REALITY, OR MORE ACCURATELY, “CONSTRUCTING A SUBSTITUTE REALITY WHICH IS SIMPLER”

 

There are ANALOGIES here such as (A) The Cuckoo’s egg that inserts a more simple bird into a less simple bird’s supportive milieu, or, (B) Putting a simple Volkswagen engine into a PORSCHE because ‘the simpler thing CAN FIT INTO THE SLOT meant for something LESS SIMPLE.  Analogies also include WHAT GOES ON WITH THE ILLNESS “COLITIS” which comes in the wake of the administering of an ANTI-biotic that KILLS many of the BODY’S “ESSENTIAL” (good) COMPLEX MICROBES  who’s places are then “OCCUPIED”  (‘taken over’) by SIMPLER MICROBES that  ‘CAN’T DO THE LESS SIMPLE JOB’ but whose ‘OCCUPATION’ of the key slots BLOCKS THE RETURN of the NEEDED, LESS SIMPLE MICROBES.   The ‘work-around’ for this is to RE-LOAD the FULL MICROBIAL ASSEMBLAGE complete with “SOCKETS AND THEIR PROPER OCCUPANTS”.  

This process, termed “Fecal Microbiota Transplantation” or FMT resolves the dilemma wherein the ‘fancy microbe apartments’ that were ‘cleared out’ by the antibiotic and then re-occupied by simpler microbes BLOCK RE-ENTRY of the needed “LESS SIMPLE’ microbes.  The problem is that the microbes arrange themselves so as to form ‘openings’ based on a full complement of the full diversity of microbes which come together so as to form custom slots hat accommodate the full diversity arranged so as to open up custom slots for each other where the OCCUPANT must MATCH THE SLOT, and the LESS SIMPLE SLOT must be filled with the corresponding LESS SIMPLE OCCUPANT.

 

This scheme is FOILED in the wake of the antibiotic administering since many microbial species are ELIMINATED IN A WILLY-NILLY manner, so that the matched arrangement of SOCKETS and OCCUPANTS is MESSED UP and we have the WRONG OCCUPANTS in the WRONG SOCKETS and the manifestation of this screw-up is COLITIS, the REMEDY for which is to assist the body in restoring the healthy arrangement of SOCKETS and OCCUPANTS in the microbial assemblage.  MORE ANTI-BIOTICS to kill more strains of microbes is NOT the REMEDY since the PROBLEM of COLITIS is the ABSENCE OF ESSENTIAL MICROBES, hence the successful REMEDY of Fecal Microbiota Transplantation which RESTORES those microbial strains THAT HAVE BEEN ELMINATED BY THE ANTI-BIOTICS, a RESTORATION that cannot be achieved by administering MORE ANTI-BIOTICS since ANTI-BIOTICS only REMOVE microbes and COLITIS is resolved by RESTORING essential microbes that are no longer present, having been removed by the antio-biotics.

 

It is IMPORTANT to note that the IMBALANCE in microbial content has led to the MISTAKEN JUMPING TO CONCLUSIONS when observing that unusual ‘rogue’ strains of microbes are proliferating in the body, that these ‘rogue’ microbes ARE THE CAUSE OF ILLNESS.  THEY ARE NOT THE CAUSE OF ILLNESS, they are symptomatic of IMBALANCE in the microbial assemblage, THE REMEDY FOR WHICH IS RE-BALANCING the microbial assemblage, for which the 90+ percent successful remedy is Fecal Microbiota Transplantation.
