The BIG LIE built into WESTERN CULTURE LANGUAGE

DIFFERENTIATION is one of TWO COMMON “PROCESSING TECHNIQUES” (the other is INTEGRATION) that we CAN USE in reducing our sense-experiencing to LANGUAGE based representation.
DIFFERENTIATION is the WESTERN CULTURE “PREFERRED” reduction method for linguistic capture of our sense-experience.
INTEGRATION is the INDIGENOUS ABORIGINAL and Taoist/Buddhist and Advaita Vedanta reduction method for linguistic capture of our sense-experience.
DIFFERENTIATION EXAMPLE: The Human is growing.
INTEGRATION EXAMPLE: There is humaning in the TRANSFORMING landscape.
THE BIG LIE in the TITLE of this essay refers to our use of the SIMPLE (either/or) concept of DIFFERENTIATION instead of the LESS SIMPLE (both/and) concept of INTEGRATION as the FOUNDATION of our WESTERN CULTURE LANGUAGE and THOUGHT.
THE SIMPLIFICATION that lies in the concept of DIFFERENTIATION comes from the DUMBING DOWN of the concept of INTEGRATION to the SIMPLER concept of DIFFERENTIATION by way of the REMOVAL of the FEMALE-ACCOMMODATING WAVE-FIELD CONJUGATE so that we use our THUS-SIMPLIFIED LANGUAGE to conjure up a one-sided MALE ASSERTING ONLY SUBSTITUTE REALITY; e.g. The TOWNING in the TRANSFORMING LANDSCAPE is an ANDROGYNOUS CONCEPTUALIZATION that, by REMOVING the FEMALE ACCOMMODATING CONJUGATE of the ‘TRANSFORMING LANDSCAPE’ sets up ‘the TOWN’ as a notionally INDEPENDENT THING-IN-ITSELF to which we equip (notionally, with language) the GRAMMAR-given POWERS OF LOCAL AUTHORING of GROWTH, DEVELOPMENT and PRODUCTION of goods and services.
What was initially INTEGRATION by way of the ANDROGYNOUS FEMALE-ACCOMODATING — MALE ASSERTING ‘coniunctio-oppositorum’ within the transforming relational continuum becomes, by the BIG LIE , the LOCAL MALE -ASSERTING AUTHOR OF ACTIONS AND DEVELOPMENT that stands on its own in an intellectually contrived ABSOLUTE EMPTY AND INFINITE SPACE, which language has substituted for the FEMALE ACCOMMODATING WAVE-FIELD CONJUGATE. Note the DOUBLE ERROR of NAMING and GRAMMAR as Nietzsche calls it that makes possible the SIMPLIFYING REDUCTION of the FEMALE -ACCOMMODATING — MALE ASSERTING WAVE-FIELD DYNAMIC to the one-sided MALE-ASSERTING-ONLY LOCAL AUTHOR based ACTION AND DEVELOPMENT.
What we do with language when we DIFFERENTIATE is that we use NAMING as the first part of an intellectual scheme to FRAGMENT the reality continuum of our sense experience so that we can extract a LOCAL, EXPLICIT picture of what is in reality an unfragmented, transforming continuum.
In our sense-experience reality, everything is in flux within the transforming relational continuum aka the WAVE-FIELD. While this is our sense-experience ‘reality’, it is NOT capturable in language. As Lao Tzu observes; ‘the Tao that can be told is not the true Tao’.
‘The Tao’ is a name for the ‘transforming relational continuum’ which is the unbounded, all-including space-time, which is impossible to capture in a finite language stream.
A CHOICE OF TWO POSSIBLE ‘WORK-AROUNDS for the INEFFABLE nature of sense-experience have presented themselves; i.e.
“DIFFERENTIATION” and “INTEGRATION”
Our sense-experience is of our inclusion in ‘the “PLENUM”, an all-including energy-charged CONTAINING MEDIUM, otherwise known as the WAVE-FIELD wherein there is a continuing emerging and subducting of relational forms as in a boiling liquid.
As ‘language architects’ whose goal is to design a system of word-based representations of this world of our sense-experience which is in continuing flux (i.e. it is a transforming relational continuum), we have DESCRIPTIVE TRACTION of TWO TYPES; i.e. there is the CONTAINING FLUID from which the FLOW-FORMS are continually emerging which is NONLOGAL and IMPLICIT because it is a flowing continuum wherein relational descriptions are all that is possible. In this case, our language design would be constrained to language terms referring to relational movement, so that we would be limited to capturing in language continually changing relational patterns in the flux such as “TOWNING IN THE TRANSFORMING LANDSCAPE” where we preserve the reality wherein everything is in flux in which case FIGURE and GROUND are ONLY ONE which is consistent with the understanding that reality is the transforming relational continuum wherein there are RELATIONAL FORMINGS (condensations of the plenum) THAT ARE CONTINUALLY ‘GATHERING AND SCATTERING’, AS IN HERACLITUS.
There is the LANGUAGE ARCHITECTURE option of INTEGRATION wherein we speak in such terms as “THERE IS TOWNING IN THE TRANSFORMING LANDSCAPE”, which gives the impression of an ANDROGYNOUS CONTAINER-CONTENT DYNAMIC wherein “EVERYTHING IS IN FLUX” but which succeeds in conveying BOTH the asserting developing of an item of CONTENT in conjugate relation with the accommodating opening of the CONTAINER.
This INTEGRATION BASED LANGUAGE ARCHITECTURE OPTION has been the choice of INDIGENOUS ABORIGINALS, TAOISTS/BUDDHISTS and ADVAITA VEDANTA ADHERENS.
THERE IS ALSO THE DIFFERENTIATION BASED LANGUAGE ARCHITECTURE OPTION which entails the REDUCTION OF THE NONLOCAL AND IMPLICIT ontology of flowing forms, to the LOCAL AND EXPLICIT “BEING-BASED-EXISTENCE” OF MATERIAL OBJECTS WITH GRAMMAR-GIVEN POWERS OF LOCAL AUTHORING OF ACTIONS AND DEVELOPMENT.
IT IS THIS DIFFERENTIATION BASED LANGUAGE ARCHITECTURE WITH ITS GRAMMAR-ANIMATED-BEING-BASED ACTIONS AND DEVELOPMENTS THAT HAS BEEN ADOPTED AS OUR WESTERN CULTURE PREFERRED LANGUAGE ARCHITECTURE. INSTEAD OF THE FLUID (NONLOCAL AND IMPLICIT) ‘THERE IS TOWNING IN THE TRANSFORMING LANDSCAPE’, WE NOW HAVE THE RIGID (LOCAL AND EXPLICIT) ‘THE TOWN IS GROWING, DEVELOPING AND PRODUCING products).
